I have never visited the store before. The gals in the store were professional and friendly! Very attentive. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! ?

Great store, went in looking for some supplements for my puppy. He wasent a big fan of it and they returned it and helped me choose another one. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My pup got plenty of free treats while we shopped.

A wonderful store here in Castle Rock. Making the purchase of pet supplies easy. Ver accessible opening hours. Love the variety and the quality of the products, along with the helpfulness of the staff. Our previous cat needed help with new wet food options to coax him to eat during his battle with renal disease, and we were able to find that variety from this wonderful store. Our new kitten needed a collar and ID tag. We found a wonderful selection and a great employee who did the name enforcing. We got this some much faster than the long wait we were facing at the local PetSmart.
