Two Stars- first time I was here the experience was fairly quick. Although the bathrooms were gross. Second time, they've had this sign on the door for over an hour. I understand employees need breaks. However, people spend there gas & time to drive to a store that's not not opened. Update your Google & store hours so employees have breaks and people don't waste time.

Tried to drop off a package and was told that I couldn't reuse a post office box. Let alone the anti competitive nature of that, the person behind the counter waited till I'd handed over the box to tell me this even though it was clear from the moment I walked in.

Denise and Li were terrific! My first experience for a graphic design printing project was simplified and streamlined by these terrific women! I initially went to another FedEx-Highlands Ranch and it was anything but simple for Asst. Mamager Nikki. Denise and Li-Centennial had half my project completed before I even left. They SHOWED me competitive pricing, ASKED questions, EXPLAINED politely and patiently, OFFERED options, DISPLAYED a can-do attitude and CONFIRMED my project, EXCEEDED my expectations earlier than I expected. They know service with a smile. After a bad experience at another FedEx Office location… they shined and did their jobs like true professionals. Don’t leave your very important tasks to amateurs. Glad to reward them for outstanding customer service! My husband’s 60th birthday was a hit! Our quests were amazed at the results and I didn’t hesitate recommending Denise and Li! Way to go ladies!

Denise and Li are rock stars! They know what customer service is all about. The store in Highlands Ranch could use a lesson or two on how to treat a full service customer, how to be polite not snarky, how to offer options, how to be helpful when your new to graphic projects, etc. Denise and Li put the customer first and it shows. Highlands Ranch, CO's Assistant Manager-Nikki could learn from them.

My favorite place to do business with. I sell stuff online and love coming to this FedEx location to print my labels and ship packages. They are always so friendly and fast!

Yelp needs to update the info for this FedEx office. It listed opening hours as 7:30am but when I arrived, the sign on the door said the store opens at 10am.

I called the location speaking with Jason as it pertains to a package sent from this location 11/17/2020 ((Nearly a month ago!)) After a ghost chase with customer service, tracking, claims and no real information on my package I was seeking further communication specific to the region where my package was shipped for an internal communication. Instead of expressing empathy or even attempting a solution he tells me to he can give me the number for customer service. I expressed the lack of resources and help I received from them already. I become frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. There's no manager available and he says until some time this afternoon. (He doesn't know when management will be available) Like who runs this store? He then becomes rude and takes on my frustration telling me there's nothing they can do for me after a package is sent from their location. I didn't deserve that type of customer service seemingly because I always ship FedEx and the issue is caused by the inefficiency of FedEx employees. I will be escalating this complaint. That call should be pulled and he didn't handle this call with proper etiquette.

Purchased a rarer Casio keyboard through facebook and agreed with the seller to add $120 on top of the price of the keyboard for shipping. Seller had Fed ex package the keyboard with the label cost and of boy was that a mistake. My package arrived loosely packed with a few paper wads to "pad" it in a box larger than it needed to be. now my keyboard wont turn on and has a huge cosmetic flaw... I immediately filed a claim the day I received my package and have yet to get a response from Fedex in four days. very very disappointed in fedex and the employee who though this was a effective packing job. To make this whole package even more disappointing I eventually had to request the package for pickup at a fedex location because it kept on saying "delivery attempted" even though I was home. I can just image the fedex driver looking at my package and say "ehhh i'll let the next guy deliver it" and it banging around in a truck all day. Again I payed $120 for what?

I will never be returning to this location or be using FedEx services in the future. I was skipped twice in line waiting to make a purchase by the girl at the counter. She even made eye contact with me more than once and still continued to help other patrons that had just walked in. This was a very poor experience and is unacceptable given the circumstances. There was no excuse to be so blatantly ignored.

This is the only FedEx in South Denver that keeps up with the maintenance on their oversized copy printer. They have the friendliest staff and never fail to ask if i need any help right when I walk in the door, and they always act like they are glad to see me. Several other FedEx locations I frequent often have their oversized copier out of order or staff talking to each other and/or don't bother asking if I need assistance. I need to make this my go-to location.
