I am a medical provider that called to write a prescription for my patient for a COVID 19 vaccine today on 9/3/25. I spoke with a tech, very short with me because they did not understand my question or give me time to explain what I was asking. I ask for pharmacist to leave a prescription, which I specified on the automated options previously and was immediately placed on hold. I then kept cycling on hold for 20 minute wait time. I hung up and called back, was placed immediately on hold without speaking with anyone. Why would I use your pharmacy again? And now, my very compromised patient will need to cancel their covid vaccine appointment.

Ashton has been at this location for years and is always fantastic. The lovely pharmacist is always helpful. Everyone here is kind and doing their best.

The pharmacy here does a great job and go out of their way to accommodate customers. They are professional and courteous even when busy. I have been coming here for at least 10 years, and have tried other branches, this one is the best.

Eddy and Ellie Are amazing , the day before Xmas eve they were out of my medicine and they ordered it and had it ready by noon . I’ve talked to Eddy a few times prior and he goes above and beyond , thank you guys

Greg is an amazing man and makes customer service amazing! Thankful for great people like him! Pulled up and had a great experience. I was out super fast, and the staff was super friendly!

Greg the pharmacist is a legend. He navigated the bureaucracy of my insurance with dedication and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my medications which I greatly need. Thanks Walgreens and Greg!

I was told by the pharmacy to sue us, we can't help you or we will get to it when we get to it but it will take a long time. As a medical professional I am appalled at the level of customer service and will be contacting corporate. Deplorable and ignorant is how I would describe there staff.

This is my second rave review about this Walgreens pharmacy- i just have to praise Austin for an end of day energetic and kind assistance with something pretty complex to help me on the phone about a prescription - go Austin, appreciate you!

After being turned away at the Timberline Walgreens as it is not capably a functioning pharmacy anymore. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, there was 1 register open and the cashier informed me that I could not wait for my medication because they were going on lunch in 25 minutes for 30 minutes and then it would be for 60-90 minutes before being available for pickup. I went to have pain medication fulfilled for my wife. I drove 20 minutes to get my time wasted. Whomever is responsible should remove the Top-Knot from the cashier's hair for the dishonor and disrespect he hath shown me. Regional Manager - Get your stores inline.

The pharmacy has been messing with my medication for over a year now. I've received excuse after excuse despite going above and beyond what I should have to do as a customer. Change pharmacies now if you haven't already. Not a single person communicated with me the problem and I was met with bored silence when I corrected them. Honestly the pharmacy should be closed and the workers need to find a job they're actually capable of doing. Beyond disappointed and will be calling corporate
