High West Siding & Windows is Awesome! I purchased a patio cover for my back patio, and it is absolutely gorgeous! (So much better than I anticipated!) The team was great to work with - Sean in sales was super courteous and spent lots of time with me determining what would work best.Andrew provided me with excellent customer service! He communicated with me almost daily, keeping me in the loop and updated on each step of the building process and what to expect next.John, Mike, and Angelo did my concrete pour - very courteous and clean!Kyle did the installation, and I was so impressed by his expertise and friendly demeanor. He was super clean and courteous!Misha (Admin extraordinaire) was also super supportive and kept in touch with me, providing updates and details throughout the job.I really can't say enough good things about this team! Other than taking longer than expected to get started however turns out to be worth the wait. The team, Kyle, Mike, Angelo and Andrew did an excellent job. The patio cover went up quickly after the first inspection. It will be a joy to finally get to use it. Before yesterday, we never used to use the patio after dark, it was nice to sit out in the cool night air and relax.Services: General construction

The team from High West planned and installed a combo patio cover and pergola on our deck. J.R created an excellent design to fit our needs, and our project manager Andrew kept us informed throughout the whole permit, delivery and build process. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

I will say this, Andrew was the second project manager for my project, he was a nice person to work with and the covered patio is wonderful. The project itself took 2 years to be completed from the initial consultation ( June 2021) to the work being completed (June 2023). The communication at the beginning and at the end were good. But in between, not so great. I would have to contact them quite often to find out what the status of my project was. I am glad that it finally got done.

We had JR out to our house to discuss a patio cover project we were interested in having High West complete for us. JR spent the better part of the day with us going over the different options and product available as well as making sound recommendations. JR was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to talk with. 3/21/2023I was looking to have an awning installed on the back of my house. I called to High West Siding to come give me an estimate. On Oct 25, 2021, I had Logan come out and get measurements and sign a contract. Not knowing any better, I asked when I could expect for this project to be completed, Logan said that they are generally busy but said that the timeframe I could expect would be 3 to 6 months. I NEVER asked for this in writing and now I'm seriously regretting it. Toni was the individual who would oversee my project. Now, after not dealing with or worrying about this business dragging their feet due to high reviews/ratings, I called in May and August of 2022 talking to Toni to find out that they were dragging their feet with not filing the permits, sending the measurements to their factory to cut my awning, and pulling money out of the loan from Green Sky. After threatening to cancel the contract because of just how long they were taking I asked Toni that I wanted to cancel the contract and get a full refund. She explained that I could not cancel the contract without forfeiting what I paid into it and an estimated $8K+ more to "cancel" satisfactorily on their end. I said that I'd hire an attorney. Toni gave me a sob story and even offered to pay any fees to cancel this job because she was severely swamped and had to clean up other employee's messes. She promised me $1,500 off to keep the project going. I regrettably accepted. After all this, I didn't hear anything from High West Siding/Toni until Nov or Dec of 2022. Andrew, Toni's replacement informed me that my awning was ready to be installed. During this call, I asked him that after this awning was installed, would I owe anything out of pocket? He said no. I then agreed on a date in Jan 2023 to have the work done to install the awning. The problem I had after it was completed was when Andrew came over to complete the paperwork and AMBUSH me with a final payment of $29,751.04. I was shocked because I specifically asked him if I would have any out-of-pocket expenses AFTER the completion which he said no, there wouldn't be any surprises. He said to do whatever it took to get him paid for the work done. They ended up putting a lien on our home and we had to hire an attorney. We offered up a settlement, but High West has rejected every single one and refuse to accept their own mistakes. BEWARE!!! Their contracts are basic/general and ONLY benefit them! From Oct 25, 2021, when the initial contract was signed, till Jan 28, 2023, when the awning was completed, took 460 days or 1 year 3 months and 3 days.Update for 3/21/20023 review:POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, BEWARE!!! If I could leave a no star review for this business, I would. Not only was I backed into a corner regarding my reviews that I have left for this HORRIBLE "business", but they have also notified me almost 6 weeks after we sent full payment to have the lien removed from our home, that because we wouldn't do as they asked MULTIPLE TIMES and remove the reviews. I did agree to go back and correct ANY erroneous statements that I made regarding my written reviews as long as they could back up what I said was a lie. They never contacted me about this because there wasn't anything that I said that was incorrect! They have now filed in court on 18 July to request $2,227.26 interest payment WITH INTEREST ACCRUING until it's paid in full. This information was JUST SENT TO US TODAY! I bet that they will want interest during the time that I waited to hear back from their attorney, Gregory O'Boyle, who on the 8th of June told me that he'd get back to me regarding what his client said/wanted. I have emailed him, left him multiple messages, and even went to his office in person since he NEVER reached out to let me know what was going on. On that phone call on the 8th of June, I demanded a letter explaining what all that happened to cause this 3 to 6 month project to extend it for so long since they NEVER kept me updated. It was a huge project and JR and his team did a great job. I had 35 year old cedar siding on my house and the woodpeckers loved it...way too much! Hired High West to remove the cedar siding and replace it with steel siding. JR designed and recommended the perfect color combinations to make the house contours really standout. We are totally satisfied with the results. I would recommend using High West for any project in their portfolio because of the quality of work and attention to detail. JR's team was happy, courteous, and professional even though some very cold days. My experience has been that an organization most always is a reflection of the boss/management. i contracted with high west last september to build a shed in my back yard. although the process took longer than i would have liked, i am thrilled with the end product. it is lovely, lots of windows with large sliders that work and is well constructed. once the concrete was poured and electrical started, the project went quite quickly. i would definitely recommend high west - just be prepared for a long timeline.Services: Accessory building construction

High West put on a beautiful patio roof. The staff always let us know when they had arrived and when they were leaving. They worked hard and did a great job. It took over a year from signing the contract to getting it finished. It sounds like they have a list or projects. We called a few times to find out the general time frame for working on our project. We are in Aurora and the company is from Colorado Springs so there was a lot of driving for them which spread the project out. All in all, we can't wait to use our patio.
