Didn’t really care for the self dog wash here. I felt that the tub and its surroundings weren't cleaned because when I tried to use the blow dryer on my dog a whole bunch of white hairs started to roam everywhere (very obvious since he’s a black dog). Also wished that the staff was more welcoming, they seem to be more to themselves.

This place was a gem to find, They carry a great variety and quality of cat and dog food. If they don't have it on the shelves they will order it for you and keep a standing order. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. They're a small locally owned business and they support other small businesses. They also have a loyalty program and discount on 12+ cans of wet food. Pet Pantry has my business.

I initially rated a 3star by accident. This place has a really nice setup. And the staff is so accommodating. Even when we had a problem with the equipment, ultimately flooding the stall, they were more than nice about it. We were also pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was, compared to other local options. Too bad we are only in town briefly on vacation. I would love to support a business like this.

Always have what we need in stock and I love that they automatically keep track of how many bags of dog food we buy so they automatically give us the 12th bag free!

Great first experience with the self serve dog wash! My pup is not a happy camper when it comes to bath time, but this is the best he’s ever behaved. Great water pressure/temp and great shampoo/conditioner options (even a hypoallergenic option!) Their blow driers are quiet but powerful. Will be coming back next month!

I love the baths. I have three dogs from 38 to 110 pounds. The bath is great as it raises up and down and you have your own private room. The negative.... I go to petsmart because the employees say hi to my dogs and are very friendly. I've been to pet pantry about 7 times and I'm still trying to find friendly. No sense of humor, and they never greet my dogs. Not sold yet, except for the baths.
