I love everyone who works here, even the owner. I believe his name is Mr. Kim, forgive me if I'm mis speaking, but he is a gem. Even his staff loves him. They make the most of their space and if you want something, give them a week to get it. One of the best local liquor stores ever, if you are around you will never beat the prices.

Went here for the first time and got to find out the lady behind the counter not only wasn’t wearing a mask but is an anti-masker. Most people who came in were anti-maskers so only 1 star for a business with such blatant disregard for public safety.

It's the second time I went on a Friday afternoon and the young lady at the counter, and the owner (I heard his name is Mr. Kim), both were not wearing masks. NO MASKS AT ALL! Not even around the neck! It's still Colorado Law, Coronavirus is still around folks! I will not go back for sure.

A week ago I would have given this place five stars. For nice staff and being neighborly.I recently left business cards for local businesses that I support and am trying to grow.As I always do, I asked the attending clerk if I needed approval for leaving business cards. The clerk said "No, our owner is really supportive of helping new business."I returned a mere week later to find out the owner "Mr. Kim" threw all of the business cards away that were in the counter.Now, I understand having business cards out makes for clutter and can look very haphazard (if, not organized properly).However, I don't understand why the blatant disregard for them money people spend on marketing.I brought this discovery up to the clerk who was working this evening and she seemed to of cared less. Her customer service attitude was non existent and her tone was sharp.Moral of the story: Spirit house liquors has clearly failed to remember customer satisfaction is the way to keep customers and gain new ones.I'll update if Mr. Kim reaches out and takes care of this complaint. Until to then, one star and no more of my business.
