This place staff and work performed is the worst. Staff is really rude and tow driver does not know how to hook a truck up. Very terrible tow company.

Truck was repoed and when i called the company to let them know my daughters medication and medical equipment was in the car they would not allow us to get it. Which is something she needs desperately. Even the bank cc an email to waive the fee and took them over a week. Tow truck driver bent roof of the truck as well as caused structural damage to the carport as well because they didn’t look for clearance and just towed the vehicle! The company does not care and takes weeks to just try to get it off to an auction

I rated them as a average. But here is my suggestions:1. As Customers y'all need to know please don't be going to the towing yard screaming and yelling about your vehicle. They do NOT have anything to do with what you owe to your lean holder. All that have to be discuss before you contact them.2. If your lean holder promised you "24-48 hours" before you can get it release keep checking in with them. I financed through West Lake financial. But you need to be clear and communicate properly and understand what is the full balance including the towing fee. You cannot expect them to release your vehicle if your balance is NOT cleared. That is how that works with them. also just for a reminder if you chose to pay half on the balance and they gave you x mount of days to pay the rest please pay it or just pay it all. Also if you did do that because you changed your mind and just decided to pay it all. You need to ask them for a manual release after the "24-48hrs" had past.3. When I came in today, I was concern and since I knew I was gonna get released today I just came down. One there was NO way you can talk to the front office lady, second the guy who is a GM for the towing came off a little weird. I understand DON'T NOBODY WANT DRAMA. But NOT EVERYBODY comes in like that some come in who is really concern of losing THEIR CAR to an Auction. When Someone is speaking as of us customer; Please let them talk and stop OVER TALKING THEM. One thing that makes me upset is if a person is talking over me when I am trying to explain my situation, and I can't get a point across, because you want to act like the hulk.Lastly sometimes all you had to do was just to check on it instead of trying to push me away verbally. After I try to say that my finance company said they will send it over within 2 hrs. ( I was not going to leave until I got me car. After the fact he gonna tell me they was gonna put it on auction after day 9 smh.)To sum up, this first come first serve thing vs. appointment thing. A first come first serve is when y'all open and who ever comes in will get served first. If y'all just trying to go by appointments then YALL need to change that on the phone intro stating that "Y'all only accept appointments only." NO WALK ins available.I understand that yes there can be rude customers from the past but sometimes you cannot hold that grudge because of that. So this review is to address everything from what I read in the views to seeing it in person. At the end of the day You can't always expect everybody comes in like this.

If there was a negative star review, they would get it. They dodge my calls 9 times just to set an appointment. Horrendous company. If your car is here, be prepared for dealing with a bunch of people who make your situations worse than they are. Clowns.

Getting towed is never fun I went with my girlfriend during this process and handled a lot of the process and was worried a lot of stuff was going to go missing or worse based off the reviews I read. But honestly it wasn’t too bad I I’m giving a 3/5 stars. Missing one star because of the on phone communication was extremely rude and seems to match other reviews however in person was straight forward and less rude. Also with that star their seems to be a a lack of communication between staff and drivers the Second Lady with glasses who appears to own or manage the lot told us that we would need a tow truck because the car inoperable which I know was not true as I was the one working on it before it got towed. The lack of communication became evident when the driver or mechanic came out to clarify the issue and even if we were able to prove that the battery needed to be connected it didn’t matter it’s a liability so you would need another tow truck to get it off the lot and I understand that. While this was being said however another driver came out with the car for us and got us on our way when the lady told us it was inoperable as if it was damaged. The second star not being added was for the fact their was no note or notice left that All Star towing had taken the vehicle so we were left I’m wondering if our car was stolen for 2 days on the weekend as they don’t answer phones much and the police department won’t know for at least 24 hours. We didn’t find out for at least 3 days of being charged lot rent that it had been towed. We are in the middle of a car theft crisis please have courtesy to let people know where their vehicle has went I spent that whole time posting stolen vehicle flyers and driving around searching worried it was stolen due to the poor communication system. Overall considering the industry I’m satisfied with the service in person wasn’t rude just on the phone they also have a locksmith on site as we forgot our key and thankful someone else in the background was on top of thatServices: Car lockouts

Had to set an appointment together my stuff...they were nice then but when I called back after getting my car because I noticed damage they became terribly mean. I was trying to talk to someone and finally got a person. I attempted to get the correct department but the woman became irate and hung up on me.
