“Docks are tight if there are trucks in the doors to either side. But if it’s empty or dropped trailers in those doors then it’s a breeze. Quick unload, friendly staff at check in. Make sure you have your delivery release number if delivering. Mine was 4 digits, starting with a 7.”

“Terrible customer service reps. Took 48 hrs to get from Phoenix to Denver because of greyhound repeated screw-ups. Took us to Amirillo to catch a bus that didn't exist. Spent the night on Albuquerque station floor with no compensation or food. Greyhound stole 28 hrs of my life I won't get back and they don't care. Never ride again. Don't reccomend. Walking is faster and less stress. Terrible organization. Run by fools”
