I've been going to this store for years! It's pretty much family owned and run. Kind of a Mom and Pop. I used to pride myself for being able to put a battery in a watch, but I finally met my match and the owner of the store fixed it for me. And now I bring my watch in for any type of repair, even to replace the battery and the job is done on the same day usually and at a very reasonable price! If you ever need work done on your watch or clock, I highly recommend AA Jewelers.They even sell watches and watch bands and jewelry

This is the only repair shop I've been to outside of big box stores. I'm a personal assistant and bring all of my own jewelry as well as my boss's jewelry here. Their prices are beyond reasonable and their turnaround times are quick. All of that and the customer service is great, the family who owns the shop is incredibly friendly!

Awesome! Went in for a watch band repair I could not sort out. I was greeted by a young lady and we talked about the issue, she went to work and my watch was good to go in a few minutes! I wish I had stopped in sooner. One of my favorite watches is back! Thanks AA Jewelers

Such NICE people that will get the job done in the blink of an eye!!! I came in needing a few watch links removed and they were able to do it in less than 10 minutes for $5. I will 100% be coming back to AA Jewelers for any other jewelry repair needs!!

Ridiculous place my husband bought me a pair of cross earrings and they were worth about $29 and they ripped my husband off by charging him $99 this is a worthless place I tell everyone I know not to go here!!!!!

Came in on a Monday at noon to get the battery replaced in my watch. The fine man took it right away and fixed it in 10 minutes. Not only that, but only $8.70 for the entire job!! Wow. This is an incredibly fantastic jewelry store.

Took in my watch for a new battery and to remove a couple of links from the band. They were able to do it immediately, and my total cost was $13. I was quoted $65 and next day pickup for the exact same work from a jewelry repair shop in Cherry Creek mall. I will be going back to AA Jewelers for my other watches and to get a gold bracelet fixed. So happy I found them on Yelp!

I’m writing this as I sit out front of their shop, having just gotten a new battery for my Tag Heuer watch.These guys are always very friendly and work quickly. I sat down and sent a text message and my watch was ready to go!When I paid with my credit card, I asked if I could leave a tip somehow (I didn’t have any cash with me), to which the woman who helped me said “no, but don’t worry about it!” with genuine kindness in her face and voice. Sweet as can be!As I walked out to my car, I then remembered another time where I needed to have a link removed from one of my watches, and, when I got my watch back and asked how much, the employee (a man that time) smiled at me (in the same way; genuine and kind) and said it was on the house. The female employee’s kind and friendly service must’ve reminded me of the similar service I received a year or so prior!Well, as I walked to my car, I just knew I had to leave a review, at the very least! If you’re in the area and need to have your watch serviced, give these folks a try! I’ll always go to them for my watch and jewelry needs!

A true "diamond in the rough" shop - fair prices and quick turnaround! They got my ring resized in 3 days, everyone else was quoting over 2 weeks! I will recommend this place to all my friends!
