My experience overall with Adam Moskowitz as an agency has been wonderful. I have been a proud customer of him and his agency for well over a decade. However, Erika- one of the represents that works in his office has been quite rude when calling. I ask for basic information and her tone and customer service has not been great. It was my understanding that things had changed and then I had an overall negative experience with her yet again today. From now, I will ask to speak to someone else in the office. Unfortunately due to my experience with her, I am going to rate my experience overall as a '3'.

Erika and the other team/staff in this office are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Prices are competitive initially and then keep increasing beyond what other insurance offerings exist. So many better options out there.

I can’t say enough about my agents knowledge, efficiency and availability. I’m 63 years young and had a lot of different insurance companies throughout those years. Wish I could have found State Farm and this agency years ago! Great service, honest feedback and saved me money on my previous insurance policy with better coverage. Thank you!

Our experience with Adam Moskowitz and his team has been outstanding! They are all immediately available to answer our questions in a friendly, non-technical manner. Adam and team always follow through on their commitments. If they are unable to write a policy, they provide the reasons why and recommend those that can provide the policy coverage required. Overall, dealing with Adam and team has been a pleasant and wonderful! We have never dealt with a more credible and compassionate insurance organization!

Adam and his staff (shoutout: Amy!) have been a pleasure to deal with. Fast, efficient and helpful. It’s never fun to test out the insurance payout process, but they helped minimize the pain. And State Farm corporate was fast and helpful as well.

We contacted Adam’s office after the company we had our home insurance with raised the price of our policy by a very large amount. We are so pleased with the pricing and customer service we received by Amy at Adam’s office! The rate is lower than our old rate and is saving us hundreds of dollars a month, thousands a year! Now we also have a helpful and friendly staff on our side to make sure we are well taken care of and the transfer is done correctly. We could not be happier and have been telling our friends as well!

Walked in to continue on a quote that I started online and the only one individual was lazy and lazy. I walked in and told him the reason for my visit, he did not even pulled off his big headphones. Then he said he wanted to start from scratch. He didn’t even invite me to have a seat. May be this agency is full of customers that don’t care much about new business.
