Great shop! Friendly and helpful team of staff, they totally know the drill for all types of bikers, and which bikes and accessories might help out. Will always go back for service and great deals on new bikes.

The store has a good selection of bikes and friendly, knowledgeable staff who can answer any question or doubt about their bikes, but improvements could be made when it comes to the servicing and repairs department.
My bike needed a new part that had to be ordered through Specialized, but the guys in charge of repairs couldn't provide a timeframe for when that part would be delivered to the store. They said they'd call me once it got there, but they never did. I only found out the part my bike needed had been delivered to the store because I called them back 2 weeks later.

Nice looking store. It was clean. But the staff is very unhelpful. I was the only customer and it was my first time in this store. I was walking around the store looking at all their bikes, and no one asked if I had questions, if I needed help, or even said hello. I was looking for a nice full suspension mountain bike. Now I’ll spend that money somewhere else. Customer service should be top priority. I guess stocking the shelves is more important.

I really like the way I was able to walk right in and ask for service for my bicycle that I will be needing for my new job. The staff were very courteous and informative about what needed to be done so that I would have a reliable and safe form of transportation to and back from work.

I have gone in here several times recently and the guys who do service are great. Scot (One T) helped me today and I didn't have an appt. He told me appointments are determined based on necessity (or something to that extent). He put my bike on the rack and put a new valve on my tire and sent me on my way. Can't say enough good stuff about this place - friendly, helpful, reasonable prices, cool selection. Go there - you won't be disappointed.
