I placed an order for delivery from their website. I got my quart of ice cream and it is missing one of the toppings and is packed with lots of air pockets. For almost $15 a quart, they could at least pack it full.

Sophia was so sweet and helpful getting a large order together for my sons birthday party. Very professional and kind.

Not really a cold stone, did not have the usual ice cream flavors, the topping were not the same as all other locations, and mix in were stingy. Not good.
