Her communication was exceptional — she responded quickly, explained things clearly without overwhelming us, and made sure we understood every step of the process. When a potential obstacle arose (which thankfully became a non-issue), she calmly outlined alternative plans so we always felt reassured and prepared.

Amy Ivy is fantastic! I went with Amy because she got the lowest rates, but she was a great lender for so much more than that! She was on top of everything. As a first-time homebuyer, she took the time to explain every little thing to me. We spent over an hour on the phone together going over the draft closing documents. She taught me what an escrow was and answered every last question with patience. She even showed up to closing. I would recommend Amy 1000x over!

Our experience as first time home buyers was made so much easier by working with Columbine Mortgage and Amy! Amy was available for all of our questions, and even hopped on a video call with me to help me find some info I was missing. Being first time home buyers was overwhelming at times, but Amy was with us every step of the way; from an initial meeting educating, and helping us understand the process all the way to signing closing paperwork. Merle could not have been more helpful in our home buying process. We fell in love with a home sooner than expected and Merle was able to get us pre-approved for a loan within a couple of days.
