They still lack so much for servicing an airport like Denver International Airport. This Enterprise still uses old technology, no scanners, or hand help devices to check you in. They still use paper contracts!?!? I use Enterprise weekly for work and I am surprised at how this location continues to be behind the technology and service of other Enterprise locations.

For the 2nd time in 2 months, I made the mistake of renting from Budget !! Terrible service. I was 34th in line to get a reserved car. Agents did not display any sense of urgency. POOR SERVICE !!!

After returning the car, there was a long wait for the shuttle and almost missed my flight. I realized this wasn't avis's fault, but their airport needs to do something about that.

The staff were all so helpful and were patient with all the customers. With people arriving in a rush, all of the customers were able to rent a car without issues. Will rent again in the future.

Service was very slow. We arrived near midnight, and it took us more than one hour to get our pre-booked rental car.
