I have been renting from this Enterprise branch through my insurance after my car was totaled in a hit and run. The manager, Candice, has made everything so easy and straightforward. She helped me swap out cars for a mountain trip I had, been flexible and has answered every question. She's made this stressful situation a little less stressful. I almost never write reviews, but great customer service should be acknowledged -- thank you!

I needed a rental after a drunk driver hit me and fled the scene. The staff are rude, incompetent, and rarely answer the phone. But they sure know how to charge credit cards without having the consent of the customer. And they will charge you over and above what you owe them. So what a nightmare. I really hope I can save someone having to go through the same experience. Go anywhere else!!!!!!

Expert help in finding a car for me and answering questions when asked. I appreciated every time I rented from Enterprise while my car was being repaired!

The staff at this location is amazing. I had to rent for a long timespan due to CarMax repairing my car. I called the staff at least once a week for advice and to extend my rental. They were very informative and had great customer service skills. Kandice made the process so easy for me during such a frustrating time. She is the best!

The car was not ready even though it was booked. The battery died and when I called for assistance they wanted to charge. The staff was no helpful and they didn’t have the car ready. For me this was the worst experience

This is Alice Lemboe, I had the worst experience at this enterprise. When I came to pick up my car, the people at the desk were so nice and empathetic and so helpful. When I dropped off the rental to go pick up my fixed car, I accidentally left the plate to my car in my rental. I didn’t realize it until I was in my Uber going to my mechanic. When I realized I tried to call. Nobody picked up 10 minutes later. I received a call back, letting me know that my plates were in the rental. I informed the guy that I am on my way to go pick up my car and I will try to get back by noon, but I might be a few minutes late. He told me that I needed to get back before noon or he will be out the door. I got my car and started driving back to the enterprise, I called him to let him know. I was on my way back however, my ETA states that I will be there at 11:57. As I was driving an accident happened which pushed my ETA to 1204. I called him and asked him if he can wait because those are my tags and I can literally get a ticket if I don’t have them. He stated that he can’t wait a few minutes. I tried to plead with this man and he said no, I then asked for a manager to see if I can coordinate to meet someone to help me. He stated that he was manager And the best he can do was for me to come pick it up on Monday. I explained to him that that would mean I would have to drive with the wrong tags Till Monday, he didn’t care he told me if I didn’t get here by noon he would leave. I called and asked for his name since he said he was the manager. Stated his name was Cruz. He refused to give me his last name. I got to the enterprise at 12:04 only for the workers near enterprise to let me know that they just saw him walk out into The leasing office next-door and that he was still in there however he refused to open the door. I didn’t know if this is how enterprise trained their managers to not even listen to customers Empathetic for a few minutes. For a manager to not even care about his customers who just spent money with them really says a lot about the And on top of that, he was actually very rude on the phone with me. I asked for corporate number and he told me that he was the manager. He didn’t give me the numbers that I asked for and then when I asked him for his name, he only gave me Cruz. I have never been this disrespected at a place that I spent my money at. I will never ever come back to this enterprise again and I will make sure my insurance companies know not to use freaking enterprise anymore because you guys are disrespectful and rude.

CHARGED $1000 FOR HAIL DAMAGE WHEN THERE WAS NO HAIL
My husband rented a car from here after an accident. He was told the car had hail damage after he returned the car. Enterprise inspected the car very briefly/casually when giving it to him. When he returned it they inspected with a mirrored reflector looking for any tiny imperfection. They should be inspecting in the same manor when picking up and returning. They “found” hail dents that were “new,” when there was absolutely no hail or storms & also the car was parked in our garage. Enterprise looks up weather reports for your address zip code and if there is any chance of hail, they charge you for damage. They do not take into account if you are at work, if you’ve driven away from home, or if you’re parked in your garage. Enterprise kept the $300 deposit and told us that they would be filing a hail claim. We called to speak with management and then upper management. No one ever called us back, we never heard anything back after leaving them a message to discuss. Now 4 months later my husband received an email from enterprise, the first and only contact since asking to discuss, for a final notice to pay $700 hail damage fee (in addition to the $300 deposit they kept) or else it will be sent to a collections agency.
The staff at the office was extremely rude and dismissive when we asked to discuss hail, never called back. The upper administration never called back to discuss. Cruz was really nice when we went to rent the car. He specifically said “as long as it’s not bigger than a baseball, don’t worry about it.” He made it all very casual to get my husband to rent from them. Cruz never called back when we called the office several times asking for him.
Enterprise is known for charging hail damage to anyone they can, based on weather reports alone. In Colorado, the changes for hail in weather reports are frequent. If you look this up, there are multiple news articles about their untrue hail damage scams. They don’t want to pay for minor dents so they charge it to their customers.

I will spare you all the boring details but to make a long story short, there was a discrepancy with the cost of my rental, my insurance and the auto body shop that was fixing my car and Candace stepped in and righted the wrong. I appreciate your help, great customer service and your problem solving to come to an amicable resolution.

To make it worse, the branch manager reached out to make the experience much worst. Kandice knapp has been trying to send me an email of the receipt since 5days claiming that she sent the full bill. I don’t understand why it’s taking forever for the manager Kandice knapp to send a simple final bill. I regret using the Enterprise and hope this to be last rental with them.
