It was late in the day, with only two people working the counter, so there was a little bit of a wait to get our rental. They worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone helped. Both were very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. The car was clean and easy to locate.

We went to denver for a family wedding on October 26 and book two cars with priceline for $34.02...we end up returning both car the same day in perfect condition and full tank of gas....at the counter we present the fox representative our full insurance declaration for the two car and he insured us the will be no other charges on top of what priceline already charged our credit card.... We give the representative our credit card for security deposit.... The day after we find out different charges on our credit card by fox rent a card that was not authorized by us..... Play simply tricked us to sign on Different fees that was never approved by us..... More so each car have different charges one for$101.99 and the second car for $39.13... Doesn't make any sense one car was charged for roadside assistance , insurances , different airport fees and other fees and the other car for something different..... Don't rent from this company at that location ever.... Better use company with better rating.....the 2.3 they have now guarantee to fall to zero very soon

The agent was very nice and professional. The car, however, smelled terrible. It was an older car for the amount I paid and I was forced to buy insurance even though I'd already paid for it through the app. It was an added cost of almost $400. I will not rent there again.

I recently rented from this location. I pre-paid through Expedia. When I picked up the car, i opted for their insurance and added toll use. I was charged $305 (deposit included) for 3 days. Today I received a bill for $73.00. $13.30 for toll use and $60 for an administrative fee. I clearly requested the toll and the representative who helped me even verbally confirmed he had added it. I don’t mind paying the toll fee but I shouldn’t be charged for the administrative fee.

Very bad experience. I had to cancel my reservation at the counter because they wouldn't accept my car insurance. They want me to buy their very expensive insurance.and im lost my money

After i booked , i checked the reviews and i was truly worried about this company. but in reality it was best experience. great customer service. i had booked full size suv . they gave me the nissan PATHFINDER AWD. car was clean ,very nice car i had rental car within few minutes. there was no line , enough agents to help customers. while dropping of the car back, it was super quick. out of all renal car companies i dealt with. Fox is the best one.

I love Fox rental they were very helpful and kind and Aric especially was so great! Also played some bomb music upon arrival. This my first ever visiting CO and I will say I’m going to use FOX every time. We arrived here at 7:30 AM with no wait time and very friendly customer service. This started our trip off and wouldn’t change it for the world. Aric was awesome and very warming. I like the fact it was not packed and overwhelming like the other rental facilities.
