The older lady with a big chest was very rude short and dismissive to my questions about the product.
And was very condescending when I asked about how they made 1 0z thr limit and then would straight ignore my questions abount how they track ur purchases across town. On second trip they were much nicer

Messed up orders, don't care enough to use the PC so the guys try to remember your order, 3 or 4 times later..just a bad representation of some great genetics..

Sorry guys, I've been burned on previous package products and you may have okay hurbage, but pre up this and that even taxes. I got an ounce in 4 different zip up package all was dried out. No more of it. Expensive

I am a medical card holder and I have been shopping here for months without issue, typically friendly staff for the most part. Today I came in for an Indica 4g oil tanker and saw they had a new strain in Indicas, "Diesel Dawg," and the budtender confirmed it was an Indica. I purchased it and left. When I try it about an hour later, I realize very quickly that it feels like my blood is boiling and my hands won't stop shaking. I notice that the package says Sativa on it, though this strain was advertised and confirmed as an Indica, and I go back to the store not knowing what to expect.
I was pennied out a replacement Indica cart with apologies, but as I went to leave I realized it felt small; it was only 1g and not equivalent in cost or size to the all-in-one tanker I had purchased. I was told that was the most that I could be compensated, so I left.
Now I have to buy a battery to use my consolation cartridge, I'm out $60 for something I didn't want, and I get to enjoy the rest of my day and night paranoid and anxious because someone mixed up my medication.
As a regular customer, I had hoped for better, and now I no longer trust the signage or the knowledge of the staff in terms of product or customer care. Perhaps this is standard as the best they or anyone can do, but I can't risk someone getting my medication wrong again when there are so many great competitive choices around.
3 stars for typically good products and decent service, but buyer beware: shop informed and double check the packages before you leave.

I've never been ,although I'm gonna try to make it the end of this month, what I have to say is about the website !!! Not such a good thing, I couldn't get the menu to pull up every time it directs you to weed maps , an other sites to look at .....um, why????? um most sites when it says menu an you push on it you except the menu to pop up ....this is always one of the first things I look at before going to a new store to see if its even worth my trouble going too!!! The only reason that I'm still gonna go check it out is because a friend of mine is going , so I'm going along for the ride . I have to shop for the month when I shop , so in saying that I like a lot of verity , in the strains an what it is that I'm doing , an my first purchase for that is always my oz of flower , I prefer top shelf an like I said verity ....so that's another reason I like to check the menus

this place is in the middle of nowhere but it's worth the drive because of the quality products and low prices, especially the monthly member discounts. however, the vibe here is often weird. One of the bud tenders was super snobby and rude to me when their med system didn't properly update my membership renewal, as if it was my fault that they didn't give me new paperwork to fill out. how am I supposed to know the process if it's my first time? never a comfortable shopping experience.

I've been coming here for a few yrs now. Usually it's great experience. The past 2 times not so much. Our bud tender last night was a heavy set girl, and boy was she so rude. Checking ID she was rude. Looking over the selection, my friend asked a few questions about strains, and she straight up said, " I don't know I'm not a Dr." Like really? We were asking about what strains would you recommend for stress relief. The last time I was there she lied about what strains were in the Chem de la Chem. Look I get they don't know much about the strains, but don't be nasty about it. I already drive all the way from Greenwood Village to shop their store. Now I think I'll save myself the trip and go somewhere else where they at least want to try to be friendly. That bud tender has ruined the whole experience, and I'm sick of buying a ounce a week from someone who is annoyed by my business.
