I have 4 vehicles and my condo in Cherry Creek insured with State Farm. The first time State Farm showed its true colors is when I had water backup into my 4th floor condo from the common plumbing and destroy my floors I had imported from Europe and they denied the claim... Now my Jaguar F Pace was broken into, 3 windows smashed, damage to the body, numerous things stolen and all just 2 days before I'm leaving the country, and Joe Adams' agency is insisting I have to spend countless hours finding a repair shop and somehow get the car to them when I'm gone as they won't lift a finger to help. They'll gladly take your premium then find every way under the sun to make it difficult or impossible for you to recoup any of that. If you're used to a higher level of service, stay far away from State Farm and the Joe Adams agency.
