Zero attendants checking people out. We had to scan our huge cart of groceries through self-checkout, which broke every third item and required an attendant anyway, who would shuffle over lazily in ten minute intervals.

If I could give zero stars for my pick-up experience I would. We had a pickup order scheduled to be ready at 8:30am. My husband arrived and checked in at 8:20. At 8:31am, I got a call that the delivery would be delayed. I said, we already check in and she said it would be 20 mins. 35 minutes later I called and she said they would be done soon but that they had to do "other" orders. We were the only ones waiting so they filled multiple orders for later times slots instead of ours. We were repeatedly lied to by Allison, the manager of the department, and was only offered $5 for our trouble. We got our order after an hour and 45 minutes and several more lies. Teaching people honesty and accountability in customer service roles is lost at this store.

This store almost never has any cashiers for checkout, meaning you have to use self-checkout all the time, which is terrible if you're trying to get a large amount of groceries at once. Additionally, they almost never have anyone that will cut deli meat.

With all the reviews about crime, perhaps my experience makes sense. Great, clean, well stocked store, one of the best in Denver but: Their self checkout systems are overly touchy at this location and lock up until someone does a video review of your scanning and bagging activity to make sure you didn't steal anything. Like I said, great store, but you will feel like a criminal shopping here.

Hardly ever anyone in the stand, they rarely will put a note up explaining why no one is in there. Why keep the fuel station open with no attendant? Constantly cutting hours and closing early!

Was there on a Tuesday at 8:30pm. Already closed. Hours listed are inaccurate and/or unreliable.

The staff at the store are absolutely amazing. They work so hard. Fortunately, they are becoming better staffed and I hope they don't work quite so hard but they would do anything to help you.

This place is dangerous, lots of crime, I got mugged and lost my laptop and phone, management will do absolutely nothing, this is after a pan handler sexually harassed one of my female friends the day before , store is very dirty and it took me 40 minutes just to check out.Don't go here

Take your business elsewhere! Criminals, consider this store your sanctuary. Here, you're untouchable. And rest assured, any employee daring to intervene or report will be promptly shown the door. Will never support businesses like this. Ever!

Time to go to every King Sooper and boost everything. Drive them out of business. They want to fire veteran employees who video criminals. Odd business model.

They made an announcement at 1045 pm that they were closing and we had two minutes to get to self check out or they were closing it down. Very rude I will never gi to this store or any other store again.

Very nice staff, I just HATE the layout. I stopped by after dinner across the street. But I just wanted to get the shopping out of the way before I got in my car to drive back to my neighborhood.

When we visited Denver after breakfast we were looking to visit a local grocery store so that we can buy water, and some travel snacks. We decided to buy the grocery from king soopers. It was a clean grocery story with shelves stocked with grocery. The staff was friendly and it helped us whenever we asked any questions. They also have a good food selection which includes meat as well as seafood. The checkout process was also easy and we checked out pretty easily. Amazing grocery store for grocery shopping plus seafoods.

It would be one except the Murray's is pretty good. I try to be patient with staffing shortages and supply chain issues. But it sure feels like this particular store just loves having that as an excuse. When shopping produce I have to work very hard to not get in the way of their shoppers and stockers. I take my cart to another section, park it out of the way, then try to stealthfully grab items and I am sure to apologize to them for being in the way. Never enough cashiers and I also feel like I need to apologize to them for bringing more groceries to them. I try to perk them up by being friendly and thanking them, but clearly their spirit has been crushed already and it's too late. My favorite is dodging pallets with nobody working them, wondering if today is the day they will have artisan bread (they keep me guessing by only making it available 1-2x per week but it's a different day every week apparently) and I haven't cracked the algorithm. I especially loved during COVID when literally every single cashier would take your items from your shopping cart and put them in the previous person's shopping cart like it's a warehouse club in 1991. Cool that I was so cautious only to have all of my items end up in someone else's cart for the final stretch to the parking lot. My last visit was better because I didn't have to move any carts to get into a parking space and I didn't have to bring any in from the lot myself--they had 3 for customers which is 3 more than they usually have. Finally, though, I'm optimistic this store will get better. Why? There's usually 5 or 6 managers with clipboards over checking on the Clif Bars and making a plan to reset the water section. Love that. Finally, be sure to stop by the gas station on the way out where you may or may not have access to gas that day. And if not, the cool thing is they don't have anything posted. You never know until you're at the pump.
