This is the worst pharmacy in all of Denver. I keep forgetting whenever we go to urgent care to have the prescriptions sent somewhere else. They say come back in 30 minutes. I come back later just to give them extra time and they tell me they need even more time. And they are super rude on top of everything.

I go out of my way, I live on the west side , because it was recommended by my Doctor's office, they have helped me by using good RX while I have had no health insurance coverage, that's true customer service, thanks to Ralph and his amazing team!

Ralph is always working hard when I see him. He deserves a raise and maybe hire some more help too, because the lines are long

Ralph has been my pharmacist for the past year now. He is excellent at his job, very professional, and always helped me with any needs. I’d recommend this pharmacy over any others in the area, the entire staff has great customer service.

I’ve never had a prescription ready on time

My doctor calls in a refill, they don't fill it. I call to ask if it's ready, they act like it just arrived and then give themselves an hour or two to fill it. I show up, it's not ready. And by "not ready" I mean I'm told to come back in another hour. And they're rude and unapologetic, so it's really all around bad customer service. Planning to transfer my prescriptions as this is now the 4th time I'm experienced this.

I had the best experience at the pharmacy today. After a frustrating day dealing with trying to get my prescription filled with worker’s comp, while in pain, the pharmacist here went above and beyond to make sure it happened. He made multiple calls and figured it out for me. This pharmacist was the only one working, dealing with customers and filling prescriptions, and he still went the extra mile. The other two pharmacies I went to just told me they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t know how to enter it in the system. Thank you so much!

No matter what you do prescriptions are never ready in time. Kroger/King Soopers is the worst.

As others have stated, the turn around on getting prescriptions filled is TERRIBLE. They basically just give you the run around when your prescription isn't ready. The waiting in line is one thing, but they will literally just tell you come back in an hour and it's not ready. It's absolutely ludicrous. Doesn't matter if they're understaffed, clearly something isn't working, and it's not just the staff. Would leave 0 stars if I could cause it should not take over 3 days to receive the prescription. Other pharmacies have filled in under an hour. Fix the issue because clearly it's a prevalent thing.

They are understaffed, can not answer the phone and can not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They can not accurately predict when they will have it ready for you either. This is not a one time experience. This is the same experience I’ve had here for the last year. Finally changing to the local Walgreens.

I tried to fill a prescription and it wasn't ready 3 days later because they said they didn't have the medicine on hand. Then when the medicine arrived, they told me there was an issue with the insurance. I called insurance and got it straightened out and was told my prescription was ready to fill. I call half an hour before they close and am told that I can't get it until the next morning. I'm out of meds at this point and missing a dose. They tell me in the morning the prescription will be ready at 9:30. I get there at 11:30. I wait in line 20 minutes. The prescription's not ready. It won't be ready until 5. I wish I could say this was out of character for this pharmacy, but it's always like this.

Great super market. Shelves were loaded with lots of options, produce was fresh, deli items were fresh and varied. I'll be back

Handsdown the worst experience I’ve ever witnessed. The stuff is incapable of doing their jobs. They are severly understaffed and contibue to a terrible job. Change pharmacies while you csn this is a horrible olace. I hate them so much. If I could leave zero stars I would. They said my perscription would be done on Friday yet it is Sunday and it is still bot ready. Additionally, the staff is extremely passive aggressive yet incapable of doing a job correctly.

I don't go here much now unless I'm feeling lazy and have the time on my hands. I can drive out to Tower Road, shop, and make it back in the time it takes me to drive here, shop, wait half an hour in line, and come home. There are never enough people working. Combine that with the number of items that are never in stock and it's almost a disaster. The pharmacy is friendly. The produce selection is alright, and it's better than Tower Road. That one is regularly out of stuff like fresh green beans. How?
