Ty in the parts department was wonderful! My husband and I came in struggling to find the correct parts to change our breaks on our truck. We got the run around from multiple other retailers but, when we walked in Ty smiled at us and asked what we needed. We told him the model and year and got us the correct parts made for our vehicle. He explained what we would need for the job and said if we have any questions just give him a call. It's so refreshing to have great customer service that calms you down. Thank you so much Ty!

William tinkee was amazing through this whole process! He listened to what we wanted and what we could do for payments. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking to buy a car. He even showed me how to use some new features that I didn’t have in my car.Noe was also super great he came in and congratulated us on the car and when we were getting ready he was super nice and said if we have any questions with the car or anything to give him a call!!!Haley also made the financial part super smooth and not stressful at all. She knew what she was doing which is awesome. Took no time at allGreat experience all the way around!

I trust this dealership that I am getting what I need on my vehicle to keep it in top shape without spending money on things I don’t need— also really like the shuttle service so I can drop of& go back home then get a ride back to pick up vehicle. All the service techs I have dealt with are very nice & respectful & never get the “women don’t understand “ attitude that some old school shops have. That’s big in my book.

Big thanks to the entire team here in getting me squared away with my new Xterra! Joe in Sales and Chris in Finance were both tremendously helpful and patient in the decision making process. I felt no pressure and everyone at the dealership was super welcoming.The vehicle was in great condition albeit needing new shocks. The price was fair with this in mind, and after shopping around at three other mechanics I ended up coming back to 104th Nissan to have the shocks done. Jon in Service and Alex in Parts hooked it up with the most competitive pricing I could find, and with OEM parts nonetheless! The car is running great and I can't wait for the many adventures ahead. Rafael - as well as the rest of the staff at this location - are awesome. this was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, so a lot of stress + nerves were involved but everyone was so patient, helpful, informative, and made sure that i left in a reliable vehicle within my budget / price /mileage range at the best rate possible with my little credit history. highly recommend! thank you all so much!

We were taken such good care of while trading in our old car for one better suited for the type of driving in the mountains I needed. They worked with us to make sure we could get the best price, as well as going over the vehicle for safety inspections and making sure any and all mechanical repairs needed were done before it became ours at no added cost. Helpful, while at the same time unorganized and confusing.We leased a Nissan from this dealership back in February and Terrell was our sales person.The test drive and car selection process was great. Terrell was knowledgeable and very nice person. He was patient and made sure we had the right car in the end. We were thrilled to have a car picked out and now it was time for paperwork. In the office, things started to get confusing.We landed on a lease price and got things rolling. They offered wear and tear protection for our lease. We asked how much this would cost and Terrell told us a very low number, I don't remember exactly, but under $100. We were expecting more, so we said sure. Turns out that number should have been $1000 and he forgot a zero. So that was a gut punch when I was actually financing the lease. But, I was willing to let it go as an honest mistake.I had to wait a couple hours in the lobby before we could do the financing. Finally, I got my car and unfortunately, it was a little dirty. Terrell said that they couldn't clean it perfectly because of the rain. Between the wear and tear confusion and the messy car, he offered us a free full detail for our trouble.Side note, took our car in after the break-in period for a checkup and we were offered a free tank of gas. Great! Pickup the car and no gas. Annoying but no big deal.So yesterday, we take our car in for the the first oil change and our promised detail. Of course, there is no record of a detail. Now we have to do a he said, she said, back and forth. They are stubborn, and no detail is offered because Terrell said he doesn't remember saying it. Super!Overall, make the sales person or anyone at a dealership put a promise in writing, we learned our lesson. This place seems pretty great, judging by the other reviews. But, based on our experience, we would prefer to shop elsewhere next time.

It was a great overall experience! Joe was a fantastic Sales Person. I didn't feel any pressure and he help guide me to the vehicle that was best for me and my families needs. I looked around at other dealerships and felt comfortable and confident with my purchase.

I've lived in Denver proper for so many years, it felt weird to switch dealerships. Got my Nissan Rogue Sport at Tynan's and literally picked LHM because it's close to my friends' house in Westminster. Drop-off and pick-up have never been easier. I pulled up into the garage, got checked in, and my sales prep explained their approval process to me.They called an Uber for me to get home or to my friends' place! About an hour later, I received a text and email with their inspection report, including photo evidence and asking approval for each line item. Love the ease and transparency. Weird to say, but I'm actually looking forward to getting my car maintenanced here again!

I traded in my Nissan Sentra and also purchased a new one. I was offered $3,000 for my old Nissan but only received $1,000.Also they detailed my car before I bought it and there are swirl marks all over it. Looks like hell. I had to ask them to vacuum the car and clean the windows when I was ready to drive off the lot. I guess that's what you get when you spend over 20,000 at that place.One salesperson called me three times and kept hounding me over the phone. I just stopped answering.

I am thrilled with my truck-buying experience entirely due to Terrell Bryan! I originally reached out to Miller Nissan to get a quote for a new lease. Terrell quickly responded and had quotes for me immediately (which also happened to be less than the quotes I received from the dealership where my current lease was originated.) Terrell was easy to talk to and always responded right away (another big difference between him and the other dealership). Terrell also made me aware of the fact that I was not required to return my current lease to the original dealership - this tidbit of information (which the other dealership left out) changed everything - for the best possible outcome! I hopped on the Miller website, and low and behold was THE truck I had been looking for for ages! Not only did Terrell get me a quote immediately, he also PICKED UP THE TRUCK FROM THEIR SISTER DEALERSHIP 45 MIN AWAY **ON HIS DAY OFF**!!! He got the truck to his dealer location in 2 hours, just in time for me to arrive! It was a pleasure meeting Terrell in person. He was so kind, genuine, and authentic - definitely a winning combo in a salesman. He walked me through every piece of paper, ensuring I understood everything. I felt comfortable and confident he was looking out for my best interest. Thanks to Terrell, I have a dream truck!

Larry H Miller has our family as lifelong customers due to Jeremy in the service department. His knowledge and experience level is exceptional. He treats us like family and goes above and beyond to take care of our vehicles adding a personal touch. We are in and out in a timely manner without unnecessary expenses. As a result, our vehicles are reasonably well maintained with dependability. I purchased a service plan when I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. I was clearly stated I will get my three service packs. Showed up today and they informed me that the time period expired. I explained it explicitly asked that when I purchased the plan.NEVER BUY THE SERVICE PLAN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. It's a scam, especially if you drive low mileage.
