Worst service ever!! Gave me the wrong charging cable when I specifically asked for a charger that plugged into a wall outlet. Iasked for a receipt and he said they sent it to my phone text message. It was not a receipt it is a verification code. Plus I was charged $3 more for a better cable. Tried to call the store when I got home, no answer. I'm hoping I can exchange this wrong cable for the correct one. But the way they are doing business I'm sure it's going to be a big hassle.

When in to pay my bill and reset my pin. The young man was helpful. However the manager walks in on his phone, speaker full blast and speaking so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself think. After his personal phone call he was on the phone again (loud speaker) with a meeting call. I couldn't even hear the young man helping me. Then I asked a question about my acct info on the website. The manager said there was nothing they could and that I needed to go to the other store I set my phone up. This is the 2nd store that I have went to, and they are so unprofessional being on their phones and having it on speaker while they claim to be giving us customer service. I so ready to cancel my phone and find a more professional company to do business with.

I went there, that place scammed me out of $200 dollars in the month of June and they told me that they would give them a promotion for the month of July for free and I went there and they made me look like a crazy and liar, which was a lie that I had not given them any money. Ah, they are scammers, no. I recommend that you go to that store, the service is very bad, the person who goes there has a lot of time being robbed, and there are scammers.

The Metro location on Evans and Federal not only gave me 110% effort and attention but they transfered my service without it being stressful or impossible! I got a new phone, case, screen protector and they helped me update my contacts, apps and photos to the new phone too.
Completely positive experience and vibe @ the Evans location. Syed and Siva were SO attentive, helpful and knowledgeable as far as transfers and products go.
Completely opposite my horrible experience @ the Metro location on Sheridan which has a different owner. I will definitely be loyal to this location now. Thank you so much.

The service is terrible, plus they steal money from you, they think this is a stupid one and they want to confuse you. If you come to this store, be careful with this type of people.(I paid 280 and they kept 80 dollars when I only took 200 in my Metro account)

These guys at the Evans and Federal Metro PCS are fantastic. Knowledgeable, all about customer service and during the holidays they have extended hours.What really made this a terrific experience is it followed a couple disappointing events this afternoon. We first went to the Metro on Sherman near Hampden. The girl came out from back, smelling like pot and laughing at 5:45, we had the phone we wanted to buy, no other customers but she refused to sell me a phone because she said it takes 30 min to activate. That is a lie little girl. It takes much less than ten as Syed and his bro at Evans had proven. Anyway I asked for the owner name and she would not give me number but told me Lydia, would be at the store on Sheridan and Jewell until 6, the store hours. We got to Lydia's at 5:30 as she was closing her store early. I have written over 50 reviews for Google and none are even slightly negative. So when I say Lydia and her stores are pure trash, hopefully there will be Creedence given.But all this is completely overshadowed by Metro PCS flagship store on Evans owned since 2021 by Syed and his brother.Happy Holidays!!!
