I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something.
One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem.
The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing.
I totally recommend this store to those needing help or parts!

I visited the store yesterday and witnessed an unpleasant altercation between what seemed to be the manager and an employee. The manager’s behavior was extremely inappropriate in the way he spoke to the employee. It doesn’t matter what your title is—you should never treat an employee that way.
The employee was assisting a customer, and the manager, or whoever that individual was, interrupted and rudely demanded that the employee go to lunch because he said so. This happened while the employee was in the middle of a transaction with a customer. Such behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
I am highly disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy shown in this store and will not be returning.

Everyone at this shop gave top notch customer service and was so friendly! JP expertly helped me confirm and fix a battery issue and the team easily and quickly helped me find a few other replacement parts. I have only good things to say!

I had an unfortunate experience with the person who helped me out today (Angela) whose breath reeked of alcohol, making our interaction incredibly uncomfortable. It was hard to focus on the conversation with such a strong odor overpowering the air. Instead of feeling welcomed and engaged, I found myself distracted and even a bit concerned about their well-being. I hope they consider their impact on others in the future.

The only auto parts store worth your business. It's the only place where you can consistently find employees who actually understand automobiles.
I walked in and explained they gave me the wrong headlight bulb, dude checked my car with me, i realized i was trying to replace the wrong bulb (didn't double check the info from my wife), and then he helped me replace it in about 30 seconds.

I went to go to work this morning and found out my battery had died. I settled on heading to OReilly to get it tested/replaced and am VERY glad I did. JP was the man! He got me a great deal on a battery and at a great price.
I can't recommend them enough, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
