Went to Autozone nearby and bought some wiper blades. I had no idea how to install (or un-install) the new blades I bought and the old ones had a dumb clip style that was ridiculous hard to pull off. Ended up returning the blades cause I thought that they were a different style. Went to O'Reilley's and they helped me un-install the old ones and put the new ones on. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!

I needed my battery tested, and it turns out it needed to be replaced . Raul did a great job helping me, he made sure to help put the replacement back in my car with no fuss. Thanks!

I just had the best experience here. Ahmed and the sweet girl with tattoos (I’m not entirely sure what her name was I’m so sorry, you were so kind) were so wonderful to me. I have been avoiding getting my taillights fixed because I don’t have much knowledge about cars. Ahmed was so kind and taught me how to change it so next time it goes out I’m prepared. Thank you so so so much. This is the best customer service I’ve had in forever.

Awesome store. I came in looking for wiper blades and was determined to do it myself. As I was looking all of it up in Google Eli asked if I needed help and after saying I got it he insisted it'd just be easier if he help. Got me the right blades and promptly put them on my VW despite my attempts to shoo him off to do it myself. Eli was the man and gave great service.

Bought a battery here a year ago. Couple days ago my car wouldn’t start. Took the battery back here to be charged and diagnosed. Was told the battery is healthy and no problems at all with the battery. Took it in to the dealer and lo and behold- they recommended replacing the battery. Not sure why your establishment is so against replacing batteries on warranty and would rather lie to customers.

Today, Saturday, I went to this store that I always go to make purchases, today was a bad experience with the employees, a boy and a girl were serving and I said good morning 2 times and no one wanted to answer, lack of education to serve the public. Their attitude bothered me a lot and I didn't want to buy the spare part I needed, from now on as long as they are employed this badly, I won't buy from this company.

I really was a little disappointed when the clerk seemed like she didn't know what to do. I'm not sure if she was new or not. I had to ask her to get help. But overall, the service was good.

i was there last week around jan 22nd 24 ive bought auto parts from this checker before but anyway friendly service auto parts needed are in stock ive also rented parts here befpre if you want a friendly hands on knowledge on auto parts go here i think the manager took great care of me but the attendants do answer the phone .christine elaine gonzales great friendly staff
