I’ve been going to PotCo now for a little over a year. I didn’t like it at first due to they never had anything to chose from. Then it got better. Now it’s going back to the same situation, same strains and they are running out of everything before you can get there. Can we get more strains to choose from other than bubba fett, rozy and MAC and also more flower to purchase. It’s sad when your regulars can’t come and purchase cause there isn’t anything available. Putting out one pound a day, then someone comes and buys the whole thing and leaves nothing for anyone else. Make it make sense. I don’t want to take my business elsewhere, but I will. Trust I’m not the only one who feels this way.

Eric is the most stoic faced manager lol But he's also #1 when it comes to taking care of the guest. I am a member and love being so and it's managers like Eric that resolve issues quickly with keen expertise. He and his team of Tom, Selena, Monique, and Mckenzie foster a welcoming atmosphere with Team service and customer satisfaction!!! ? I will always be blessed ?? having people like this in my world

Placed an online order only to have to wait in line anyways, really inefficient use of my time. Front desk was joking about beating each other in poor taste and covering our ears if we hear screaming. Would not return!!

Not sure the point of online ordering when you end up waiting anyways? Front desk staff was cold and not particularly friendly or helpful. Clearly they have better things to do than offer good customer service here!

Okay, first know what you are in for. It's a small grow and Dispo, so in their bud particular there's only processing either to rec or med, but once it's labeled and shelved as such it's a tricky fix. These guys see the writing on the wall, it's all going Rec in CO. They're currently in process of getting a balance as they are recently on the Rec side so I think they are decently trying to adapt in this market.Went in to an event on Thursday night and met up with a rep. Tried some product and ended up getting a 10cent ticket for a '91 Cart.. next day as our supply was low, we headed to check it out.The park and wait for the response to go in could be a bit more interactive so customers know that they are being worked towards, but that's really nitpicky. With such a small sales floor this made it comfortable to shop. Even though I couldn't use my ticket,(guess they expect people to take some time to try a new Dispo, and didn't have the rosin cart up yet) I got a couple carts and some gorgeous flowers. Super dope dispensary, great pricing on high quality product whether you shop med or rec. The only downside would be that you have to check in online and wait in your car until you are called into the building via online queue.

First time I came, walked right in. Second time, just now, I left after waiting 45 minutes in my car in their online queue for my medicine, because I cannot believe a medical dispensary in Denver would have apparently only one cashier for all of their medical patients and I was prepared to become a member. Letting ppl wait without providing any wait time range whatsoever is beyond careless. If you come here you’ll miss plans and appointments. Rather drive farther.

If you want the worst customer service in town. Try you're local whole sale store potco. On top of the bad customer service, manager says there unprofessional/aggressive workers are correct for there actions. And just looked at a few reviews and potco doesn't even respond to the negative post... typical

Not only bad weed there full of mold, but also pesticides - info SEEN but confirmed with ex-employee. They also stiff the vendors that work for them and they get supplies from. STAY AWAY FROM THESE A-HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!

They wouldn't let me in because my ID was bent even though it still scans and the entire ID is legible. And it doesn't matter I drove an hour to get there... EVERYWHERE ELSE accepts it but this place! It's certain staff that does it... there just losing my money...Otherwise, they're mostly friendly, helpful and i definitely recommend this place.

The last time I was there, they didn't have 2 ounces on the medical side, and the bud tender wanted me to go back out to the lobby to get checked in on the rec side. Didn't make sense to me, so I didn't stick around!Plus , when I got home, I noticed I didn't receive any veterans discount except for .9 cents on a bag. I think I'll go back to my regular dispensary.
