Moved in at the end of April 2023 We have been here for seven-plus months and selecting this building was the right choice for us. We toured numerous buildings and although there is no perfect apartment building, this has been ideal. We feel safe, and appreciated, and have experienced capable, friendly, and competent staff. The place is clean, the maintenance staff efficient, security people friendly, and the staff work diligently to communicate with residents. They often have planned and impromptu social events and currently, created a holiday wrapping area for residents with paper, labels, bows, and even cookies! Animal friendly and like most places, the people (and animals) make living at Solera feel like home.

Everything that Solera promises, they follow through on and more. I have never lived in such a friendly, clean, and well-located apartment until now! Michelle with the front office is exceptionally kind and always seems to be one step ahead if you have a question. Maintenance is kind, thorough, and speedy - any request I’ve made has been resolved within a day. Everyone in the building seems to know one another and are always willing to have a chat. It’s truly the friendliest community I’ve ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about living in this building!

Sent my account into collections after I paid it in full. Management acknowledged this was in error. When I asked them to reach out to the creditor which they are LEGALLY obligated to do they did not. Sent me to Grey Star Corp who doesn't answer calls from me or the collections agency.

If location, community, first-rate maintenance and top notch management are high priorities for you, then Solera is where you need to be. Walkable distance to dining, entertainment and sports arenas make this the perfect location. It's the friendliest group of residents I've ever met--everyone was welcoming me to the building my first week here & I've made REAL friends in this community. The onsite maintenance staff is amazing! They take great pride in keeping the building CLEAN and in working order on a daily basis. Response time to maintenance requests is usually within a day! The office door is always open and response time is quick with any issues that come up. They're always trying to host events that the residents will appreciate. Aside from all of this, there are many great floorplans to choose from and at very competitive prices for the area. Downtown living at it's best!

The building is always clean, the staff are wonderfully kind, parking is never an issue. You can watch the fireworks over Rockies Stadium from the roof! Shout out to Michelle and the rest of the crew!

Staff are the best part here. They are super responsive and nice. But I also love my apartment layout, all the windows and smart features. It's fantastic living here so far. They also try to host community events which I love because I want to meet my neighbors. Just be aware that the balconies are for decorative purposes only according to the lease agreement. That lease agreement is intense! Over 57 pages and yes I read all of it. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I have to say when you look at the reviews on Solera all of the 5 star reviews are true! This place is an absolute joy to live in. It is a small community but everyone who lives here are friends and knows each other! I moved to Denver 2 years ago and have been living in solera since the day I moved. I’m about to sign my 3rd lease coming up here in a few months. If you’re new to Denver and want to meet good people and be apart of a friendly community Solera is the place to be! Some of my friends in the building call Solera a cheat code. Close to everything amazing people and a great management and maintenance team. You need something fixed? Maintenance is on it immediately! The people in the front office are amazing and put on amazing resident events often that bring the community together and allow you to meet new and fun people. Most of my network in Denver has come from Solera. Can’t say enough good things about Solera and the people that live in it and run it! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Join the community and be apart of everything that the heart of LoDo has to offer.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sorela apartment and it was such an amazing experience. Michelle gave us a tour of the building and she was super polite and easy to work with. The apartment itself is within walking distance of anything you could possibly think of. The parking garage was easy to get to and our vehicle was safe! We will definitely stay here again in the future!! :)

I've read terrible things about Greystar and let me tell you I didn't even make it to a showing without finding out. So I'm moving across the country. I'm flying in to view multiple apartments in Denver before we make a decision. I'm scheduling over two weeks out and for some reason they only have a 10:30-12:00pm appointment available (no idea why it's an hour and a half). I call to be courteous and let them know because I'm flying in I probably won't make it until 11:00. They said unfortunately that won't work out and the next available would be at noon. So you're telling me that if I arrive at 11 in this ridiculously huge viewing window it's not going to work out. Completely incompetent staff, Elliot is who attempted poorly to help me. I can't imagine what it would be like if we actually moved in.UPDATE: Apparently it wasn't even a real person I was speaking to. I guess they use a fake AI person when you first contact them. Hard pass.

This was an awesome place to live. The walls are pretty sound-proofed so it was not noisy or anything. I can occasionally hear some noise in the hallways but nothing that would be bothersome. Maintenance team is awesome as well. This was a great location to live since it's close to everything that you need/want. We are moving out of state soon but if we weren't, we would definitely live here longer. The only con that I would say is that Solera is close to the fire station so you'll be hearing sirens no matter what time of day. We got used to the siren sounds though. If you're looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend Solera.

Likes: Really enjoy living here. Having experienced a wide variety of apt. management styles these past 10 years, I without a doubt can say Amber and her team are top notch. They take care of things quickly. Favorites include complimentary guest parking and easy guest suite access for my out-of-town guests. The maintenance team is equally fantastic. Things happen in apartments. That is a given. The value in Solera comes from both management and maintenance recognizing and trying to solve the problems as soon as practical. Never had an issue with snow removal, overflowing trash chutes, or common space(s) cleanliness. Love the Amazon lockers for their security. I believe the key to this building is communication. You tell the team what you need, and they find a way to get it done.Improvement: While the community events are nice, I sometimes would prefer different perks, such as 24/7 front desk versus weekly or bi-weekly happy hour events. That is just my preference and I know a lot of residents who enjoy the communal gatherings.

I love my apartment. The community is great, staff is friendly, and maintenance resolves any issues very quickly. It’s a great area to live and I’m enjoying the ability to walk and explore my surroundings. My only issue is that the fire department is next door and the sirens get loud and go off at all times of the day

Expect incompetence. The management is unable to manage a basic move-in, move-out scheduling calendar. You'll pay as much in rent as you would pay for a 600k mortgage in the suburbs, but you will also get to deal with bums sleeping in doorways, pee and poo from both dogs and humans littering the sidewalk and garage entrances, utter mismanagement of parking garages where the spot you pay hundreds of dollars each month to use will invariable be blocked by people who snuck their friends in to park for a night of partying, constant sirens from the neighboring fire station. Oh, and they claim to be a nonsmoking property-but the people below me smoked all day, every day, for a year and nothing was done about my complaints with photographic evidence. Also, being on Lawrence, you're basically on Denver's homeless center highway between the worst 7/11 in Denver and the rescue mission. There will be people having mental health crises on the street out front every week. Generally a miserable place to live and I am so glad I'm in the process of moving out right now. Unfortunately, as per usual management allowed someone else to schedule a move in at the same time (that calendar incompetence again) and someone stole my parking space just last night AGAIN. Cannot recommend enough avoiding this place and especially its incompetent manager Amber. The maintenance guy Greg is good and gets stuff done. Otherwise, the competent staff seems to leave as soon as they can find better jobs. Do not sign a lease here, you will regret it.
