  • "This place has been given a bad rap it doesn't deserve. While I do admit they take a little bit to deliver. The customer service, staff, food, and drinks are always amazing!! Whenever I go I'm greeted by such a pleasent smile. You watch them through the window runnin around trying to get everything done. They are currently hiring and trying to get everybody trained but that does take time. So have some patience. I see a crew that's trying and a great team. I love this sonic and think it deserves more credit."

  • "My receipt said tots and I order tots but instead received fries. Okay cool, any other day I wouldn't care but the fry I tasted was soggy. Also didn't get any napkins. The little Mexican girl with the 2 snake bite piercings who brought my food was very rude to my mother when she went back up there to get it exchanged. Didn't apologize for inconvenience. Or a simple "sorry about that" just didn't say anything when spoken to. I tried to call the store to speak to a manager but had the phone off the hook and claimed to be busy. But it was 1:15pm and hardly a rush. I have worked in the food industry and other professional businesses so I know the difference. I had never been so disappointed when I got my tots, they were soggy too."

  • "Employee told me they were instructed to leave the ranch out of the cheddar peppers and less it is requested. I inform this employee that on the sign it says the cheddar peppers come with ranch and got in an argument over the speaker about the ranch. It may seem small but this is false advertisement I could have been all the way to my destination before I realize the ranch was gone from my order. This is not the first time and I'm sick and tired of having to ask for the ranch with the cheddar peppers either change the sign or follow through with what your charging me for. The ranch was taken into account when figuring the cost of this item thus everyone who has been skimped should have paid less for this item. Sad how huge Companies screw over the general public one ranch at a time..... It's pennies but adds up to an undeserved bonus! Your pissing off clientele to save a few pennies. "

I have had orders forgotten about, not taken, watched as other places orders and received food before I was even spoken to after hitting the wonderful red button to be ignored. I tried to give this location a chance but after going thru the drive thru and speaking to the young man at the window with the manager in ear shot and not even being acknowledged by the manager, I will never be back to this location, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone ever go to this location until the staff is replaced and trained correctly. I would give zero stars if possible but this is going to have to work."

  • "Let me start by saying, I know I'm reviewing a sonic right now. My expectations for a fast food restaurant are not set high. That being said I live in the area, and this is by far one of the most poorly run fast food restaurants in the area. By far the worst sonic I have been too. The food always tastes terrible, the service is slow, and the staff is unfriendly. After giving this place the benefit of the doubt so many times, I can't do it anymore. Go to the McDonald's across the street, or anywhere else. I won't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon due to the poor service and lack of quality. "

  • "6/24/2017 815pm......waited almost an hour for our food (after waiting over 10 min for them to answer our button). By the time it arrived in our stall, food was cold and shake was melted. I understand busy but really and hour for a burger, hot dog and shake? I considered just driving away however you pay at the stall before your food comes so not really possible unless you're ok with eating the $. Considered calling to file complaint as well, however after seeing all these reviews, its pointless. I don't want a free meal either as I will never return. If you as the owner and or management don't know by now that this is a very busy establishment and plan accordingly than no amount of complaints are going to do a bit of good."

If you try to go there after 9:30pm they're closed already even though their hours say they're open till 12. Yesterday I waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks and a chicken sandwich. Today we tried to give it another shot once again and we ordered 2 shakes and a waffle cone, we get to the window they let us pay and came back 30 seconds later and said they ran out of ice cream it is is 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I asked the woman to refund my money in cash since when you pay on a card it takes 2-5 days to get your money back and she refused."

  • "Everytime I go there and get food, which isn't often anymore, there are teenagers outside the establishment doing drugs, and drinking, and being rowdy. I've had teenagers yell at me, offer me drugs, and I've almost hit a teenager darting out into the parking lot as I'm trying to drive through. This is a real problem for this specific sonic and it really needs to be dealt with. Any parents that are reading his review should really pay attention to their children and what they are doing. Other hand that the food and service are decent. I'd just rather be able to purchase my food without the offer or viewing of the use of drugs. Thanks!"
