This was the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever had with this branch. I’m absolutely disappointed with how rude and unprofessional the woman helping us was. One, she never gave us her name, but she was the ginger lady in the office. She told us that she was surprised we even had account with them because “this is our most dead branch,” like okay? Are you wanting me to close my account here? Super unprofessional. Then she proceeded give my brother and I dirty looks the entire time we were there. She made us both feel so unwanted and as if we were such a burden to her. Her tone and attitude displayed a pattern of disrespect. She acted as if we were so below her, just to order a new debit card. My brother and I both work in customer service, so we both know what should be expected; this wasn’t even a tiny silver of how we should have been treated. Then as we were leaving she told us that if we had any other problems that we need to go to the other bank on Union. I’m sorry, but if you don’t like giving good customer service then DON’T WORK IN A PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO HELP PEOPLE. This lady did a good job of making me never wanting to come back. I will be closing my account with this bank and giving my business to a company with people who treat others with respect.

Great and friendly customer service. They always recognize me when I visit and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Also are fantastic at following up with any issues that arise.

Everyone at the bank is very kind and extremly helpful. Its always a delight going to my bank. I feel they have myself and my moneys best intrest at heart. I would recommend them for sure.
