Avoid Todd Savage at all cost. We lost our insurance coverage because they would not return our phone calls to make a payment for more than two weeks. We ended up changing it to another State Farm agent who is wonderful to work with.

Today, I spoke with my State Farm Agent in person, about several of my policies. I was able to be helped in a timely manner. He was patient in answering my questions. He was personable. I felt he cared about me as a person, not just a client. I have had State Farm for many years.
