An apartment in the center of it all but rough around the edges. I lived here for two years and loved it at first but my good experience gradually declined. The price is great at first (with the free month or whatever they do) so expect a reasonable first year but I advise comparing prices (and negotiating) once your renewal comes up. 3 stars is my fair assessment of this complex. There are many issues that Lincoln Properties/Willow Bridge could resolve to boost that score.Pros:Close to everything: I was able to walk/scoot to Highlands, LoDo, and RiNo very easily.Concrete construction: You rarely (if at all) hear your neighbors above or below you. It also retains heat and cold very well.Price: Affordable at the beginning.Cons:Upkeep: Small details have not changed in two years. Trash room doors don't close. Elevators go out of service. Door security in the garage doesn't work. Packages don't go in the lockers. Small things that I might have dismissed after a couple weeks but it was 2 years.Maintenance: Didn't take me seriously when I said I can smell the other apartment. Would take a week or more to fix issues.Front office: Daniel said I couldn't keep doors open when moving out furniture. He made my move-out more stressful than it needed to be and was such a jerk about it. The Front Office has gotten better about responding to things but you can go days without an email response. They also added a form that you're not allowed to participate in class-action lawsuits which seems very sketchy to me.Thin walls: I could hear and smell things from neighbors next to me usually. Noise comes with every apartment i suppose but smelling the other persons cooking is not good. I would also smell paint fumes whenever they repainted the other persons apartment. Again, maintenance would not even visit my apartment to check it out.Dismal amenities: Tiny gym, tiny pool for the price you pay in a "luxury" apartment.Appliances: Old appliances for a "luxury" apartment.Security: Once you're in the building you can access any floor. There is a gaping hole in the garage door (It's a thick sheet of rubber that was cut through). Serious issue for a downtown complex. These issues led to several fire alarms being pulled during the night.Price: Great at first because they offer a month of rent free but soon became the same cost as other places (that had better amenities).Parking: Unreserved parking so I had to be back before 9pm or else risk not having a spot or being next to the person that parks over the lines and gave me no room. Leaks on the lower level so you have to jump over puddles in the stairwell.Downtown noise: This one is expected. Market St gets loud on Fridays and Saturdays. I could hear/feel the bass from the bars down the street when going to sleep.

$250 application deposit is required for all new tenants. If you decide to withdraw your application, in this case due to the leasing office being unable to accommodate the move-in date originally communicated, it will take 4 months to receive the refund and only with constant badgering. They may also send the check to an incorrect address, adding weeks of delay to an already grossly inadequate policy. The rental market is already overpriced and mismanaged. This is a high-risk landlord ripe with incompetence and should be avoided.

Trying to figure where to start… I lived here over two years. There were so many issues. For starters there was mold underneath the sink. It was because water leaked. Although, I submitted an order they wouldn’t make any repairs. The panels were always falling out, the lights had an electrical issue. The staff does not care about anything. I even had one staff member message someone about my unit when this person wasn’t on my lease!! I lived in unit 201 and a few months before I left a neighbor moved in with their dog. I love dogs and understand they will make sounds. However, this dog was constantly making sounds! He barked and howled for hours. I sent the office multiple emails, even a recording at one point, but they never did anything to resolve the issue. The poor dog even managed to escape the apartment a few times! I felt so bad for the dog, but it was so hard to focus or sleep in!! In addition, this unit is next to the stairs. You hear people coming up and down at all hours of the day. Yes, it’s woken me up before. Not mention the fire alarm that’s gone off in the middle of the night with no explanation. Further, this unit faces the pool so there is just no peace!!! I do not recommend moving in especially not unit 201!! I am telling you the sounds, the dog especially, will drive you insane.

Do you want:* A fire alarm which goes off constantly, inflicting irreparable hearing damage on your pets?* To have your building set on fire randomly, with no communication from the complex?* To walk to your car across large pools of rancid standing water in the garage?* To see heroin pipes and open containers of alcohol laying freely in the common areas?* To see a woman be brutally beaten and kidnapped in front of your apartment complex, only to have your apartment manager deny the event when you reach out to report it?* To hear and see half a dozen shootings a month?* To be unable to park in the garage you pay $75/mo for because the complex oversold the spots?* To walk out of your front door and pay $20 for a mediocre salad while ducking gunshots, all while being in the heart of downtown?* To hear constant street racing and engines revving at all hours of the night when you're trying to sleep?* To hear "Macarena" mixed with Shaggy's "It Wasn’t Me" pounding through your bedroom walls at 1 AM on a Monday morning from the bar across the street?* To have the sole sense of salient community and upkeep in this complex (Carlos, the maintenance manager) be unceremoniously fired for no apparent reason?* To be surrounded by neighbors who are either paranoid and neurotic, or brash and boorishly drunk?* To have a complex manager who writes emails as though she seemingly forgot she's no longer pursuing a creative writing major?* To pay upwards of $2,500 a month for the privilege of all the above, plus 700 square feet of space? Then TwentyOne01 on Market is the complex for you!

I'd give them 3.5 stars. Theres the typical annoyances of living downtown and near Coors field but the staff were friendly and the concrete loft ceilings are cool. Interior units are fairly quite. Biggest complaints were the outdated bathroom's and absurd summer price gouging. I ended up breaking my lease to move somewhere 2 blocks away that's much nicer and cheaper. My unit was renting for 25% less in the winter/spring. Just keep seasonal pricing in mind when looking in Denver.

I have my issues with this building that will not be disclosed in this review. However do not waste your time with this place. It’s not worth the stress or the money you will pay for rent. Warning!!!! Do Not Move Here…..The leasing and management team here are by far the worst. If you live in this building you better get some camaras in your unit. Take my word for it.Daniel and his entire staff need to be fired. It is sad that Carlos was fired and has to move out. It should be the entire leasing staff being fired. Daniel is the main person that needs to be fired. He is by far the worst, unprofessional, deceiving, arrogant, ignorant, incompetent and insensitive business manager i have ever come across.Trust the reviews DO NOT MOVE IN THIS BUILDING….. thank me later

Do not move here. I have had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for almost 3 weeks now, I won't even go into detail of how I had to show them the waterfall of water coming from above to get a plumber out here.. Daniel and the upper management team (Candace as far as I know) do not respond to your emails and are never on property so you just get ghosted. This issue is just the tip of the iceberg from what I've had to deal with since moving here. Carlos and his team were the only good thing about this place, as they were always quick to get the maintenance issues fixed. Now I know why I am being ghosted and why the hole hasn't been fixed yet.Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Carlos was the best maintenance man! I think it was unfair that he was terminated. He was the only person that consistently kept the property up to date. We want him back if possible!

I applied for this apartment in September 2021 and decided within the window to still receive a refund on my application fee to sign elsewhere. I have since contacted them at least 6 times trying to get my $250 refund and have still not received any sort of contact other than “I’ll call Monday when I’m in skorts you can pick up the check” to which I received no call. That was in October 2022. I’d really like to receive my $250 refund before I have to contact the BBB but seeing as it has been almost 2 years now I’m afraid I have no other option.

Worst apartment complex in Denver. Extremely overpriced, hidden costs, maintenance never gets completed, all appliances are outdated and break. Horrible experience.

I came here to tour only for there to be no leasing agents available and nobody to contact about this issue. If the office is closed, the system should not allow you to schedule a tour. When we arrived, the office was dark and empty. We wasted $20 to Uber here and back just to sit and wait for nobody to show us around. I am glad to learn that management is unhelpful early on, rather than learning this as a resident.

2101 where do I start, I’ve lived at several places in Lodo and Tamara hands down has been the best leasing agent I’ve experienced always willing to go above and beyond out of her responsibilities to make sure all of the residents are happy, being a needy tenant that I am, I can say she’s great at what she does. From the leasing process to customer service, I never had no issues. I can tell the property has turned around completely. Candace is also great and helps a lot!

Carlos and his team are great and very quick to solve any issue. The location is ideal and a large reason everyone in the building puts up with the leasing team that is abysmal on a perfect day to say the least. Whatever you do, know the leasing team and office management won't be there to answer any questions or fix any issues, they will play d*** or deaf to avoid helping any current tenants, all they care about is new people and only for the first day. Doesn't matter the issue or the number of responses, you will get a corporate beat-around-the-bush response. If you can get along without any correspondence to the front office then its a great place, but again don't expect anything above 1/10 service or response times from the leasing team.
