I had a small diamond stickpin which was a gift from a friend almost 50 years ago. I didn't even remember I had it but when I came across it, I wanted to make it something I would wear. Williams Jewelers did a fantastic job of taking the mount off the pin and hanging it on a gold chain, which I will wear often. They helped me bring back a very sweet memory.

Keri helped my wife try on jewelry one day when we popped into this Williams Jewelers store. Then when I went back later to purchase her a birthday gift, she helped me remember what my wife had liked most, got me in and out super quick so my wife didn’t even realize I was gone, and even personally gift-wrapped it so I wouldn’t embarrass myself with my poor wrapping skills. Communication and price were great. Very satisfied.

I’ve shopped at Williams ever since they quickly and efficiently resolved a jewelry insurance issue for me years ago without any benefit to them other than earning my trust hence business. Professional, smart, and willing to invest time to educate a novice jewelry buyer like me, I can’t recommend them highly enough. From Bruce the owner (who it seems is always there) to Keri and the other pros on the floor, they make shopping for jewelry a pleasurable experience.

I cannot say enough about how great Williams Jewelers is!! Keri was so helpful and made me and my fiancé feel so at ease. I absolutely love my engagement ring. I finally have to leave those review. Don't go here. The rudeness. The pretentiousness and just plain not being friendly is at an all time high here. I come in looking for Submariners when im Downtown Cherry Creek. I have NEVER been welcomed with a smile. A "hey how's your day" I get greeted with "what do you want?" How do you run a a business here??Oh and there prices are the highest in the state. Don't go here go somewhere else to pay less and have a better experience.

100/10 experience. I went into so many jewelry stores looking for rings and to get proper assistance from and immediately stepping into Williams was an awesome experience. My budget was low compared to a lot of rings on the floor and that wasn’t looked down on. Charmaine was a great help and I’ll be back for any future needs.

I’ve been a customer of Williams jewelers for a number of years. The customer service is always outstanding. Their product selection is the best In Colorado. I’ve always used them for service on my high end watches and have always had excellent results

Crappy selection. Over priced used Rolex's and recut diamonds. This place is just terrible. I wouldn't spend my money here after knowing how cheap they buy and recut used diamonds.

We went to Williams Jewelers for engagement ring, and wedding rings 2 years later. The service was great, everything was on-time, and the staff was incredibly friendly. At no point did I feel pressured to buy on the spot or go outside of my cost range. They even remembered me after over 2 years when we came back for wedding rings! My parents and siblings have now use Williams Jewelers for all of their jewelry needs as well. Highly recommend!

My fiancé had the best experience designing my stunning engagement ring with Bruce! Once we were engaged we had the best time picking out both of our wedding bands with Bruce. Bruce and Williams Jewelers are knowledgeable, reputable, and an absolute joy to work with. We will be lifelong customers!
