Around 6 a clock on may the 11th, at the 6630 S Yosemite St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
This review does not even deserve one star.
I encountered the rudest and the most ignorant person behind the counter at the 7-Eleven store that i have ever witnessed.
There was no one in the store, he was standing with the back to the counter and I was waiting for a long time without he saying he will be right over or something. When he turn around he did not say hello or nothing, he looked like he was on something and he was mumbling and acted hostile while I was trying make an order.
I asked him why he is so rude and he said he was not my friend and continued mumbling something I could not hear and he started to get aggressive. I don't expect him to be my friend but I would expect a little common sense with customer service.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service in a 7-Eleven store and I can't understand how a such a rude, ignorant and aggressive person can work there.
I have been in this store several times and was always treated nice with zero complaints but this guy was literally out of his mind and should not work with a customers at all with his horrible attitude.
This is the last time I will go there and I hope the management do something about it. Unfortunately if you don't do something about it, your business will be negatively effected in the long run.

Just had poor customer service with night employee..time was 7:55 pm 03/05 I am a regular and this man acted a very certain way towards me.. I don't think he cared for me because I'm Caucasian.

They are alway ran out of the Green tea. I spend time driving there to get it and come out with nothing for many times. I'm so disappointed.

- [ ] Oct 27,2023 at 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. I went into 6630 S. Yosemite St CO 80111. Ben was at the register. I asked him for a Dutch tobacco wrap. I put my I.D. card on the counter so he could scan the I.D. card. My payment went through and he handed me my I.D. card and the Dutch tobacco wrap. There was one singular Dutch tobacco wrap in the one pack. I put the Dutch tobacco wrap back on the counter and I told him there was only on Dutch tobacco stick in the pack. He proceeded to "Say watch who you're talking to". I feel he was profiling me as an easy target get the police called on me due to my race. I've been to this location for years and I've never encountered a person like him at that location with that type of unprofessional behavior. I go to this location with respect for all the employees at this location. I really like this location however Ben has a prejudice issue and no respect for the customer in general.

Employees at this gas station close the restroom at 8:30pm claiming it's out of service because they're too lazy to clean it again before morning shift comes in. If you're in desperate need of using a restroom DO NOT stop here

The workers at this 7-Eleven are always extremely nice, and courteous, and the store always looks well kept. Every single time I’ve come here it’s been a positive experience which is almost unheard of these days.

I usually go in here in the mornings on my way to work and the ladies of the morning shift are always friendly and nice. The past few days I've had to stop on my way home and I noticed the girl from the afternoon ( Stephanie) I believe her name is, the one who wears the police badge lol.. I can tell she loves her job. I just want to shout out to her sorry about the mess with the mud on your freshly mopped floors! Keep up the hard work

Been in there a couple of times and almost every single time I get the Mexican boy black hoodie in uniform always saying n word this n word that Paul I believe is his name I have reached out to the manager but I guess they don't care because he's still with the n word now I'm a woman of color and it's to the point where I don't think I can go back to this 7 11 there's another one further up Arapahoe I'll just have to go to
