No stars...the customer service is horrible. Someone hung up on me yesterday because I was asking clarifying questions. I have tried for 3 days now to get my UBoxes to be arranged for pick up but no one answers the phone and the line gets transferred to corporate and the information corporate gives doesn't add up to what the local facilities say. DO NOT USE UHAUL if you can avoid it. Truly worst experience I've had with moving and they still have all of my furniture and I can't get access to it.

My experience at this location was the best Shayne Potter and his crew went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met from the truck and equipment that I rented to the storage container great job I will most definitely be back and refer everyone thank you U-Haul team.

SERIOUSLY NEVER USE UHAUL, SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION!!! I spent WEEKS trying to get my stuff out of storage, to even find out where my stuff Ubox was located, because although on every bill, it says my ubox is stored at the Santa Fe Dr. address in Englewood, it is NOT. It's 15 minutes away at 3535 Carder Ct. I spent hours on hold, getting passed around, getting hung up on and talking to people that had no idea how to help me or how much it would cost me to get my stuff. Some woman promised me it would be $100 and after scheduling a drop off, had to cancel, calling back the next day saying that it would, in fact, be $400. I ended up driving to the location over 6 times (over 1.5 hours each way) to get all my stuff because I was quoted a few numbers ranging from $400-$600 to get everything delivered to Fort Collins after it was only almost $1000 to get my stuff from Boston to Denver. There was no indication at the beginning of my move that a delivery would be this expensive. When I was done emptying everything out myself, there was no one at the office for me to end my rental, and when I called, I got transferred and the call went to voicemail?!?!?Customer Service 0/5Employee knowledge 0/5Communication between local and national offices 0/5Customer that will never use UHaul again 1/1

This is the worst uhaul you could go to. The staff is rude and hints at your thing be stolen, possibly by them.

My friends got all their stuff stolen from an uninsured unit here. It is illegal for Uhaul to lease uninsured units. They sued Uhual and won but had to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees. 0/10 stars

I’ve used U-Haul 2 times this week and each time the staff was awesome. They were clear, concise, and professional! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any kind of moving or storage needs.

I reserved a car hauling trailer online, I showed up and they had it available. They hooked the trailer up to my truck and did a safety check to make sure everything worked. The trailer is well maintained and worked great!

My experience with U Haul was poor due to the lack of communication. I honestly never leave reviews but U Haul really needs to clean up their customer experience. First, I was told I would be called 2-3 days prior to my reservation with my the location of my U Haul. No one called. My vehicle pick up was 45 minutes away from the original location. When we went to pick up the vehicle, no one explained the process for dropping off the vehicle nor where there any emails explaining the process. Apparently, you need to log into your U Haul account and return your vehicle online before you return it to the location. Third, I never received an email or text telling me where to return my vehicle. Again, this was on my account online, but no one at U Haul explained the process or where to find relevant information. Fourth, we asked to add a driver and submitted a drivers license, but the driver was never added to our online account, so I am unsure if the person who drove the vehicle was even on the reservation as a driver. Fifth, they never documented the level of the vehicle fuel or reviewed it with us, so I am unsure if they are going to charge us for fuel although we filled it back up to the 1/3 mark. No one walked around the vehicle with us or inspected the car. After I left, realized I had a text asking me to do it. Can't the staff explain this to us before its too late?It was a very sloppy experience with poor customer service. If seems like there needs to be more emails explaining the process and expectation and employees need to be trained on how to communicate the process better to customers. U Haul, should not assume that customers are going to google all of the information on their company and how the process works. U Haul staff and written communications should be doing that.

Based upon my recent experience I will NEVER be using uhaul again. They will LIE and SCAM you out of several HUNDREDS of dollars and never help refund you! Please, be smarter than I and skip this company.Back in July I rented uboxes for a 1 time move that would take 2 weeks from this location and it was ok but not great at first but here’s where everything went wrong:My empty uboxes were picked up on time at the end of my move in and I was told my reservation was over. The following day I realized I accidentally left the locks I had also purchased from uhaul on the boxes. I called uhaul to be transferred twice. A young sounding girl picks up and I explain to her the situation. She looks up my account, tells me to hold (and leaves me on hold for a very long time) and tells me she went to the warehouse, talked to the guys who work there, gave them MY SPECIFIC BOX NUMBERS and they said that because my reservation was over my locks had been already been cut and I could not come retrieve them. I thought ‘bummer but my fault, my loss’. This however, I took as irrefutable confirmation that my reservation was over. Additionally on my Ubox account online it shows that I have 0 current reservations and shows my Ubox rental in the PAST reservations tab.Skip to last week - I am sorting through credit card transactions to find that uhaul never stopped charging me for storing these uboxes! In doing the math I found that all together I had been charged a total of over $715 when my reservation was slated to cost me around $250. Naturally I wanted to handle this and called immediately. I was ping ponged over the phone to 5 or 6 different customer representatives in different departments who told me they couldn’t help me at all but told me I needed a different department to file a CAF - (customer action file) and was on the phone for nearly an hour. One of them took me off ‘autopay’ but said they couldn’t cancel this mysterious reservation that I can’t even see on my web account so even if I was no longer going to be automatically charged that I would still be responsible for these fraudulent charges. Finally the last woman gave me the number of the location I needed to reach the manager of. I called at 7am (the open time I was told) the next morning only to get transferred again to someone who said they could not help me because they were in a different department/state. I called back again 2 hours later to be transferred away from the store AGAIN. This time I was finally transferred to someone willing to file a CAF and this person told me that the reps who said they couldn’t were lying. The CAF was made on a Tuesday and I was told the manager had until Friday to resolve this with me.On Thursday the manager called ONCE while I was in a meeting and missed it. I called back as soon as I was out of the meeting. Disappointingly I was AGAIN transferred away from the store: but this time I spoke to the one person who actually made a decent effort to help. Her name was Toya and she tried twice to transfer me back to the store only to discover that the manager had set the phones up so that any incoming calls were directed away from the store. She knew this was important and reiterated that he only had one more day to resolve this so she called his cell number several times. He sent her to voicemail each of them. She told me that she left a note and that he would resolve it with me by the end of day Friday ‘as per uhaul policy’. Friday rolls around and still, radio silence. I am still set up to be charged again for storage space I was told I didn’t have, I am still out nearly $500 that I should not have been charged, and I am out hours of personal time that I do not get a lot of to try to resolve this matter. What this business has done to me is legally classifiable as fraudulent and if I do not see any response to this comment I plan on taking legal action against this fraudulent behavior. To anyone who has read this far, I beg of you to use a different company or risk the same fate.

My reservation was overbooked by another location and they didn't tell me until last minute that I had to pick up at another location ( this one. Google maps sends you to a water treatment plant that you can not make a left into. They need to fix the directions. So after 7pm on a Saturday night when no one wants to be at work I was banging on the door . Kevin helped us on his own time to do an after hours check in. Thank you Kevin they need more people like you. Give him a raise.

Called asking for a car dolly and got left on hold for 10 minutes, decided to just show up and ask in person because maybe the guy got busy and it’s literally around the corner from where i live, i show up and 2 employees walk out stating they would be right with me, about 5 minutes later 2 other people show up looking to be helped aswell and we both sat and waited for about 10 minutes before we finally just got in our cars and left…This is the 2nd time I’ve attempted to use U-Hauls services and they just don’t seem to care about customers…
