Extremely understaffed. The employees were working so hard. The drive through line was around the block and inside was crowded waiting for to go orders. People became aggressive toward the already stressed out staff. Could tell good was not made to par, assuming at no fault of the workers.

Staff was not the friendliness and took 15 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars infront of me. Could definitely be better.

This store is an example of corporate shut down! Was met at the front by manager who explained their complete fryer system was down. No fried…no chicken…nothing fried. Alls they could serve was hamburgers. What’s a Wendy’s with no fries? That’s like Pizza Hut with no pizza. Decided to order two slices for cheeseburgers and a drink which cost me $10 then no napkins! If this weren’t enough, no customers and every table was dirty, dirty floor and dirty atmosphere. What a mess!

I placed an order at the Wendy's at 5155 S Broadway in Englewood, CO through the mobile app, because I didn't have time to make food before going to work. When I arrived at the restaurant, 10 minutes after placing my order, I waited for another 10 minutes before I was told that they had not received my order. I showed them my receipt, but they said that they did not have my order. I said that I would either like the food I paid for or a refund. They closed the window and I waited for a few more minutes before I ran out of time and had to go to work with out receiving the food I paid for. I contacted Wendy's via a survey, asking to be contacted about my experience. This was 12 days ago and I have still not been contacted or received a refund. I highly suggest getting your food elsewhere.

I don't know why I continue to keep disappointing myself by coming to this location. Coffee is always cold, not even warm just straight cold. I always upgrade to a large potato and they fill a large container half way every single time. Guess it's time to stop wasting my money here.

We go here once a week and don't have issues. This last time, my sons nuggets were spicy. He couldn't eat them and I couldn't take them back because I was in class ? ? I'll definitely have to check them from now on.

The last two times I went there they got the order wrong. Not a little wrong but completely wrong and gave me somebody else's order. If you plan to go there, as I will not be, please check your order before you leave.

They were gracious enough to allow a homeless person in the restaurant when it was bitter cold outside. He was not obnoxious or anything but he was a distraction a bit because he was definitely on drugs.
