Sometimes when my husbands at work I will go over to King Soopers to have a good conversation with an employee. I get myself lunch browse the magazines and just overall have a wonderful time. The employees know me by name and are always quick to smile. Where as I've been forcefully removed from Walmart for "loitering" the Soopers staff always greet me with lots of smiles. My favourite place to go for groceries.

Dirty, poorly stocked, terrible quality produce, employees smoking at the front door while it's opening and closing, other employees smoking at the picnic tables in front of the store (especially in the mornings), dogs in the store off leash.

The worst customer service ever! Anna Marie is so rude with her batty eyes. I came in at 10:20 (after being there earlier) to get the sale price that should have happened when I checked out (while in the store I had to call someone over for 3 different items that were on sale but the charge was full price) when I entered the store I asked Anna Marie where I should go to get credit for an item I purchased earlier that was supposed to be on sale and she didn't stop to talk to me, she kept running around as she was talking. Apparently getting things in order so she could close early is much more important than customers. I went on in and asked the employees if I could get the sale price (they recognized me from earlier) and they said that would be no problem but needed to call someone over as they couldn't do it at the self service registers. They were so kind and really wanted to help me, but as we were speaking Anna Marie came over and actually stopped, but once again she didn't listen to me, and said she could not give me my money back (all she needed to do was put it back on my card) I left the store and called to speak to a manager, which was of course Anna Marie. I explained to her that I was very upset and I would be calling management above her and she said "thats fine, I don't care" I will be driving the extra 5 minutes to Walmart and will not return to this King Soopers. It is a shame they hire people for the management role who have no redeeming qualities whatsoever, yet the kids are so nice and willing to help. I guess this explains the "now hiring" at the entrance. This is not the first time I have been treated like this by management at this store

I did some shopping today on Father's Day and have had a crazy busy day.. I drove over to the gas pump to get gas and ended up in a phone call that stressed me so much I forgot to pump the gas after a 10 minute phone call of bad news. The manager ok-ed the customer service worker to let me get the gas I paid for and drive off and forgot. I did have a receipt of course but wow! That people is customer service at its finest!

I've been doing my grocery shopping here for a few years, and the staff are excellent and the store is well run and clean. The produce section is always clean, organized, and easy for me to navigate when I'm in a rush and in need of some specific fruits and veggies. A young man named Brandon who was working in produce was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive to all of my questions. When I asked him about a specific product, he made sure to answer any questions I had, as well as check in the back for any that weren't on the shelves. He was so helpful! Because of employees like this young man, I can count on this king soopers for my grocery store needs.

The town of Erie has a mask mandate. While employees have been wearing masks, half the customers do not and it is not being enforced. I realize the maskless, liberty lovers like to flaunt their so-called rights, but this is a company that specifically provides service to people who are vulnerable to severe Covid (pharmacy) and it's terrible they aren't doing what they can to protect them and following town guidelines. This does not help build community. Apparently, they are not responding to "education efforts" by the police. It's a beautiful store, so it is frustrating I no longer plan to shop there.

This is a wonderfully managed store. It's clean and the workers are friendly. I live pretty close by and have visited a ton of king Soopers and I'm disheartened by some of the reviews I see. Out of the many kings in the area this one is by far the best. Clean, always stocking things, always super friendly. There's a lady that I usually see in the toy stocking isle that is just the sweetest friendliest person, walked me to the other end of the store to show me where they kept everything I needed. Not to mention is a super kings sooper so everything you need and more.

I'm reviewing this King Soopers location based on one issue: adherence to COVID protections. Several months ago, I shopped at this location. Several workers were not wearing face coverings, or left their noses uncovered. I decided to take my business elsewhere for a while. Several days ago, I went back to this location for the first time since that earlier visit. While a PSA was playing on the loudspeaker about the important of face coverings and other preventive measures, an employee wearing no face covering walked past me in an aisle. Later, when I saw him again, he was still unmasked. I spoke with a supervisor who said that she would address the matter. Yesterday, I made a quick visit to buy some flowers for Mother's Day. There was a different unmasked employee, this time in the produce section, talking to another employee, who was masked. The same PSAs were playing on the loudspeaker during my errand. We're not out of the woods yet with COVID. Not only do I not want to come into close proximity with unmasked employees and customers (which I also saw during these recent visits), I don't want to wonder what other policies their staff may be ignoring. Your corporate policy, as stated on repeat loop in the PSAs that play in your store, is that "We're all in this together." Please act that way.

Only this King Soopers does the self serve attendant chick stand 3 feet away from you while you check out. You scan each item and then put it in the bag. Tuna fish can, peanut butter, salad bag, diet Pepsi, etc. And she just hovers over you the entire time. GTFO!! You want me to shop here or what? It's the hispanic chick at 11pm at night. If someone wanted to jack food it surely isn't going to be at the self checkout stand. She makes the customer experience unbearable. Cool store, but she ruins it. This is the only King Soopers I've been to where someone does this. THE ONLY ONE! Tone it down. Way down.

Waste of time! Don't try ordering your groceries and picking them up. I had to sit in a line of traffic for 1/2hr just to get into one of their 'pick up parking spots' - then another 15mins for them to bring items to my car - then they charged me for something I didn't get - tried to call them and was put on hold for 15 mins only to be told I have to drive back to the store to get a credit! Target do much better and faster delivery!!

THIS STORE DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT COVID! There was a lady just straight up not wearing a mask with a full cart of groceries in line next me. I told two different store employees they did nothing. Then I approached her myself and we almost got into it. The head clerk said she could do nothing. I demanded to speak to a manager. Also nothing. They literally said it's not a "law" per say to wear a mask. Are you fucking kidding me? Boycot this king supers they literally treated me like I was such an idiot. " you clearly take this seriously" is what the manager Bre said to me. Yeah Bre, I do take this seriously and so should you! Reporting them wherever I can today
