As a final entry (from 5/19 and 31), the corporate office of Cruise America came through and issued a credit and a coupon for a future rental. We will use it! All in all, it was a great trip, and they owned up to their error.

Great staff and awesome prices. Staff was patient and explained everything very well. Our trip was great, well definitely be back maybe to even purchase!

Helpful employees, nice clean campers. Slowest days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Much busier on Mon, Thurs, Fri. Waited about a half hour to be helped on a Thursday afternoon.
