Use Connexion and Visible wireless. Rip off alert. They keep raising prices and when I went in to show them the deal my neighbor got, the person said “I only make $16 /hour, it’s not my problem.” I said I’ll cancel service and move to connexion. They said, “ok”. Guess they don’t want my business. I canceled my service and moved to Connexion and visible wireless. Cheaper and better.

I absolutely hate working with this company. I canceled their cell phone service months ago and they are still charging me. Trying to get a hold of an agent to help me get that canceled is a nightmare. They continually redirect you to an automated system, and avoid issues over and over again.

I tried to contact Xfinity to have my mother's account cancelled after she died. The automated phone service was the worst I have ever experienced. The robot would not accept voice requests and would not accept numbers keyed in from my phone. Then, I tried the online 'chat' service. That would not accept the service address! Clearly, the company doesn't know the meaning of 'customer service'. I will NEVER consider Xfinity as my provider!

The store is not bad but Xfinity as a company is an absolute pain to work with. More often than not it's a 2 hour phone call where the initial problem claims to be resolved only to find out nothing changed the next billing cycle. Literally try anyone else.

Canceled my services with them and they still charged me for the services I canceled after I had already canceled them! Was told I would be refunded the money after the end of the "service date". It has been over three weeks since then and I still have not received the money back that was STOLEN from me. Was on the phone with customer service for over three hours, being transferred around to different departments that had nothing to do with my issue. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times during multiple different calls and I still have not been able to speak to one after a week of trying. SHADY DISHONEST BUSINESS THAY STEALS MONEY FROM YOU AFTER YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICES AND THEN WONT RETURN IT. I wish I could give less stars. Worst company and customer service I have ever experienced.

5 stars are for the awesome tech at this store - I wish I got her name (she has pretty colored ombre blue/purple hair)! Super friendly, fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. She truly cares about everyone she helps. You guys are lucky to have her on your team:)

When I had a complex problem that the call center couldn't help me with, I took it to the store. I was greeted and directed to a tech immediately upon entering. When he couldn't solve the problem, he grabbed a tech from the back to help. He had resources that most others don't have and was able to get the job done. It took awhile but that was expected. In the end they fixed my phone and that's what matters. Sometimes you just need to talk to a person face-to-face for customer service and I love that Xfinity offers this option.

At this point, I'm ready to cancel service, and it hasn't even been installed.Got equipment. Brought home. Hooked up. Blinking red light. Had 1.5 hour phone call just to get a technician sent out. Who found out the line was cut outside the apartment. He ordered new wire installed. This morning, I get a notice that the new wire has been installed and I should now be able to get service.Still NO SERVICE. Have to get another technician to come out just to prove there's no service. No one came out and no one installed anything. Just paint marks everywhere. Nothing else.Now I'm waiting even longer for this technician to return to order wire be installed... wait we did that already didn't we?So now, 2 weeks have passed... and I get a BILL for 92$... FOR WHAT? I HAVE NO SERVICE AT ALL... and I paid 20 for wifi now already...I am just minutes from canceling this entire xfinity deal.

All I wanted was to pay my bill. The website NEVER works. Caught in an endless loop of needing to login. Tried the assistant and the servers wouldn't connect. Tried calling and it wouldn't process, wouldn't connect me to a person. For being an Internet provider, you have the absolute worst possible website. This is not the first time this has happened. Unless you set up automatic payments, good luck paying your bills. Internet speeds are also trash. Worst company ever.

Don't trade-in your phone by mailing in. They will lose it and basically make up the status of the trade-in to the point where you get conflicting updates. After a month in limbo, Xfinity randomly cancelled our trade in with out any details as to why. Who knows where our phone is. If customer service is important to you, you may want to look for an alternate provide as they either don't care or the company puts representatives in a tough spot by having poor logistics and won't honor their promotions.

1 star. Less. Been a customer for 3 years now..internet and 2 mobile lines. I had to replace a phone and picked the wrong one. I was told by the store rep that I had two weeks to make an exchange. Went in the next day to do that because I do not like the phone I picked. Over a month later and they are still working on issues preventing them from making the exchange. Within that month after the two week period I have dropped the phone. I was told now I'd have to file a claim and have it fixed before they can do any exchange. I paid the deductible and have a brand new phone that I still do not want. And now they still can not do the exchange.

While my actual internet service has been good since I've lived in the area, the customer service from Xfinity as a whole is abysmal. Representatives in online chat and over the phone are unhelpful and out of touch, meaning that you have to actually visit the store in person to get anything done - a pain in the butt to start with! I've learned that the only way to get anywhere near your old contract price is to go in store and see what they can pull up for you in the computer. So silly. The employees are nice enough, but clearly don't have any agency over decision making on anything about their customers and their conversations sound incredibly scripted. I've waited 20+ minutes every time I've visited, always longer than estimated, and it seems there's never enough people.
