King's Auto were quickly able to figure out what was going on with my car. Unfortunately rabbits chewed through the wiring in my new car. They were able to install new wires and wrapped everything in rodent tape to prevent this from happening in the future. I now hate rabbits, but would definitely recommend King's Auto.

Sam is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything our cars need with pictures, emails, notes, etc. He is very patient and works with us on prioritizing maintenance for ours cars. We love coming to King’s autos because we know we will be taken care of at a fair price!

I have been using King Auto since 2021 and couldn’t be more pleased. I love my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and with King Auto’s help I hope to keep driving it for a very long time. The staff is knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, and make my car run safely. Many thanks to each individual who has worked on my little car!

I was having trouble getting my 2007 VW Jetta to start at a pet sitting clients house. Got to talk with Sam on the phone to see if there was any way to trouble shoot it myself, and upon figuring it was a larger issue, he arranged a tow truck all the way out to Bellvue to bring it to them. I was given a detailed list of estimates and was able to talk about what exactly I needed to get my car running and safe that fit that into my budget. They’ve always been incredibly helpful and kind when I’ve gone by, and even after my first time stopping in took the effort to remember my face, name, car and connection to my mom who also uses kings for her 2009 Honda Pilot and has always also received the same amount of care that I’ve experienced. With the exception of an unprecedented change in service quality I’m always going to be taking my cars back to them.

Excellent communication and swift service!
They make it really easy to pick up and drop off the car by providing Lyft service, along with after hours pick up! The work and advice is comprehensive. Highly recommend.

Everyone took time to answer any questions I had in a friendly, polite and concise manner which I really appreciated. My Subaru seems to be doing great since King's Auto Center worked on it and I definitely will use them again when needed.
