Had dinner last night with friends and they had a drawing and we got all 4 meals on the house. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. We sure hope they make it thru this Covid thing . The only thing they could improve on would be to have a daily printed wine list to simplify wine ordering. Kudos to our waitress, manager and regional manager !

My last two experiences at Macaroni Grill would have earned about 2 stars. I'm giving a third because *usually* when I go there, the food is great and it's a good experience. But my carryout experiences have been subpar.

We ordered from here on Grubhub. Some good Italian food sounded great after a hard day of renovating our house. Unfortunately, Ive never been so disappointed with pasta. Chicken Marsala didnt even have marsala sauce on it and the grilled chicken breast didnt have any seasoning on it. It was just a mouthful of garlic. Neither my fiance nor I could even stomach it and it went in the trash. Could have gotten something better at Noodles and Company for 1/3 of the price. Pasta Milano was edible at best. Not worth $18 and definitely would never order again. All in all just really sad and disappointing meal. We ended up reheating leftovers from my own homemade spaghetti and meatballs from 3 days ago and it was better. Would love to get our money back but we for sure wont be ordering from there again.

We ordered for takeout at 5:15, arrive and they haven't even made it. Get the food and the bread was rock solid and cold, caprese pasta had no mozzarella and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked in the microwave. Also no straws for kids drinks. Irritated that it was so expensive plus tip. We live super close and I was excited to eat here because every other one had always been great.

The food was good, not great. I had the lunch special with half serving of spaghetti and meatballs plus half serving of their b and blue salad. There was a lot of food! Service was rather slow.

I would love to give them 5 stars for their great customer service, comfy cozy atmosphere, and fantastic food but what Italian restaurant runs out of pizza? My husband doesn't like pasta so he goes for pizza. He was forced to get their chicken parmesan (still delicious) but not what he wanted. They didn't do anything about it either. We would've at least liked an apology.

Food service isn’t rocket science. Came in at 5:30 for a quick bite to eat. Myself and another couple we’re sitting in the bar area. The bartender was great, and starting getting sat and visibly overwhelmed. What does the manager decide to do? Sit down and talk with his “regular” and watch the bartender run around with a chicken with her head cut off. You could at least help out YOUR employees and help out the people sitting at the bar, and not making them wait 20 minutes for a new round of drinks. Terrible management. Save your money for somewhere else

For a restaurant that wasn't busy whatsoever- you sure do have to wait an ungodly amount of time for anything. Arrived at 5:25 and was forced to leave my boyfriend STILL waiting for food to make it to a meeting. I left 45 minutes later. The manager JEFF was sitting at the bar talking with a regular for an extensive amount of time, noticing his bartender getting increasingly busy, and noticing empty drinks which he is more than capable of filling. I personally have worked in the service industry for ten years and that manager is absolutely failing his team. People were looking around waiting to be greeted, all of which the manager noticed as well, but could have cared less to help. It wasn't until another man got up and scolded him did he spring into action. The cherry on top was Sonny Lubick and his wife attempting to enjoy their dinner as well, noticing this catastrophe, and waiting on his food when his wife was halfway done with hers. Embarrassing to say the least. Can't comment on the food because I was forced to eat mine from the to-go container later that night since I waited 45 minutes for a frikin pasta. Be better.

Oh boy where do we start with this one. Let me start by saying I've been to this establishment before and enjoyed the food. However, I have never had my night wasted like tonight.

I'd forgotten just HOW good Macaroni Grill is! The incredible salads, the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with fresh greens, crispy prosciutto, Roma tomatoes, buttermilk ranch, balsamic glaze, the Fettuccine Alfredo, with

This was one of my twin boys birthday dinner choice to eat at. This was also one of my wife's favorite restaurants. Please note past tense "was". This isn't the first time we've eaten here and had a bad experience with the food. Positive note? Our waitress was fantastic taking care of us, and was very cheerful! The appetizers that we had were delicious (crispy artichokes and bruschetta), and the bread and olive oil is always to die for! But personally my main course was my favorite, shrimp portofino. The shrimp was tasty and fresh, but the pasta was bland, overcooked, and tasted like glue. Yes, I should have talked to the manager in an afterthought, but my son was already returning his because, yes it was in a wine sauce, but even he said the whole thing tasted like wine. I'm no cook, but let it cook off?!?! Mine was so pasty, I could have patched holes in the walls. I am retired military, and could eat anything, but I was hoping those days were over! Especially when the bill is almost $200, and we're driving 45 minutes from Cheyenne to come SPECIFICALLY here for a special occasion. Not only that, but behind us was a pitcher on the floor with a rag under it to catch dripping water. I looked up, and there was an air exchanger (??), but it's vents were FILLED with dust! Not only that, but so was the wood under it, and the lightbulbs hanging around it! There is nothing worse in my mind than fuzzy light bulbs! FILTHY! That's a cleaning job that should be done monthly, or bi-weekly! (And the customer shouldn't have to tell the manager it has to be done).

There were four of us in a party. We made reservations for 6pm (it was Valentine's Day and only a few restaurants were taking reservations) and arrived about 10 minutes early. We were seated and after about 15 minutes we got some bread. Later we placed our orders which were from the 2 for one dinner menu. Then the wait began. We had reservations for a musical event at 7:30 so we figured by having a reservation at 6 there would be no hurry to finish dinner and get to the performance. We waited...waited..and waited some more. The waitress kept coming by and saying it would be just a few more minutes until our food would arrive. Others around us were getting served but no food for us. Finally, over an hour since we came in and about 45 minutes since we ordered, the food arrived. Three of the four plates were cold. One person had ordered a steak meal asking that the steak be medium rare. Her steak was cooked so much it was like cutting leather. She could not eat it. I had Chicken Parmesan and it was no better than what I could have gotten from the frozen food section of the grocery store. Another member of the group got salmon which he could not eat. We asked to see a manager and when he and the waitress came to the table the waitress burst into tears and ran away! The manager comped out meals (which we had not eaten) and hurried from the restaurant barely making it to our musical event. I cannot recommend this restaurant and we certainly will not be visiting it again. As we were leaving there were a number of people waiting to be seated and talking about a number of tables that were unused yet they were not being seated. Poor food and poor management would describe this establishment.

Made our reservation weeks ago for Valentine's Day. Was forced to wait in the lobby with around 15 other couples, who all also had reservations for 50 minutes. They took too many and were completely unapologetic. No one can leave and go eat elsewhere because every other restaurant is full. I'm livid. To make matters worse, once we sat down the roof was leaking this foul smelling liquid on my girlfriend.

Went on Valentine's Day with a reservation and got in quickly, although the next 10 parties experienced a significant wait. The food was mediocre, all the drinks were priced too high, and the restaurant was very short staffed causing significant delays. For a restaurant in Fort Collins with access to 21 breweries you should have more than Bud Light and Sam Adams on the menu. For the price and quality you can do a lot better in town.
