You’re better off going to Chase. CBC is very unprofessional, hardly ever open and it takes forever to get anyone on the phone

Service was pretty rude. I don't usually leave reviews, but being talked down to for asking for basic services (money order and bank statements) felt awful. Will not be returning to this branch.
