“I’m now renting three units from Greenbox. The staff here is amazing. Terry and Donna have both helped me multiple times and the level of customer care is extraordinary. They have helped me navigate what has turned into a much bigger move than anticipated. If you have storage needs, I highly recommend the team. Added benefit, you can reserve their truck for free in the first 30 days of your lease. It was such a big help to get our larger items out of our apartment and to the storage facility.”

“Just moved in with Extra space. The units are a great size and the facility is clean. The only feed back I have is Extra Space Storage should invest in a few more moving carts. The storage place we moved into only has 3 moving carts that I could see. We walked up and down all the halls on both sides of the building and only saw the 3 carts that were is use at the time. We had to hand carry most of our stuff until a cart became available.”
“We rented a one way cargo van (last minute, the day of!) and it was the most seamless rental experience. Customer service was great and this location had good inventory. Wes was super friendly and helpful with our requests. Would definitely recommend checking out this location for any of your moving needs!”
“After reading this review some people will think that I was put up to this. I literally can not put into words how good their customer service is. In a day where most other companies treat you like they're doing you a favor, I literally left there with a smile on my face and a renewed faith in people. I couldn't believe after dealing with Representatives of other companies, post covid, that there was where's some folks out there that legitimately still cared. You can tell good people at the core, for those who know what I'm talking about. This was my first time in the store and they had to deal with me over a course of 5 days and I will advise anybody I know, looking to rent anything, to check with them first. If you don't believe me stop by there and check it out yourself. I don't know them on any personal level whatsoever but sometimes, once in a great while, you know good people when you do business with them or even talk to them.

“Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”

“Got me in right away with a derate on my PB 579. Detected the issue with a part on order from a nearby peterbilt. Rush peterbilt said it would be 2 weeks before I could even be seen for anything on my truck. As an OO that wasn’t anything I wanted to hear. New place, new location. Friendly staff. Drivers lounge to fit 5-6 drivers, WiFi , 1 shower, 1 restroom, and a set of washer/dryer. Parking area is pretty big as it’s still new, weird layout but still pretty big. Only downside is they are not 24/7 yet, said should be in the new year so either your staying in your truck if there’s access to it or getting a hotel or staying with a friend. Checked in on Wednesday morning and back on the road Friday afternoon (warranty seemed to be the slow part of the process)”

“Great customer service but they are a little overboard on their security measures. Checking the truck back in, afterhours, you are forced to take about 15 pictures, of every specific part of the truck along with written info you must provide.
This takes only 20 minutes, but after a full day of moving, this is an annoyance, when you thought you could finally go home!
They have surveillance cameras everywhere so your car will be safe while you leave it parked there at least.
