The gentlemen Dave was nice to me and the original woman who saw me first. However this place takes way too long while there’s long long lines. Not enough supplies, so forced to may have to do priority. I’m only giving it any type of stars because of Dave being nice and patient and the other woman being nice.

The machine to do your own post/mail is down again! During the holiday season!Many times we come here to post our own mail and the machine in the lobby is down.

Absolutely worst post office and costumer service over the phone. My packages never are able to be delivered to my apartment and always have to go to the post office to get my packages. They lost my package and said "I can't help you" like I'm sorry you lost it and I spent money on it

Today I was at USPS (6855 S Dayton St, Greenwood Village) to figure out why my international shipping was returned to me twice. RACHELLE helped me with with issue. She investigated all possible causes, provided a solution and sent it again. Appreciate her help and extra effort!

Managed to misplace three packages in less than 2 hours....and I delivered them directly to the post office counter. You know how hard it is to misplace something that quickly when it was hand delivered?

Terrible location, it takes forever whether it’s busy, or slow. The staff are ghosts and seem to be in slow motion. Zero sense of urgency with a line out the door.

I understand that lines at the post office stink but, the people here have always been helpful and courteous. Recently Nicole went above and beyond to help me out with a mail issue. I really appreciate the time she took to help me.

Important mail wasn’t delivered to me. I always had to pick up packages, despite having access to parcel lockers. And don’t pay for tacked shipping that requires a signature, that doesn’t seem to matter to this office. Website said mail boxes are $6 a month, but that’s a lie. It’s more like $17, which is fine but why give false information on your website? Their attitude is giving ‘we don’t care, we already got your money’. So glad I found a different shipping company with mail boxes friendly and staff closer to where I live.

o.m.g. For YEARS this PO has been unable to put mail into my mailbox at my condo. I have gone there several times to ask WHY? WHY is it so impossible for you to do your one job?? I'm stating here exactly what I said: I don't know if you have a problem with white people, Guatemalans, special needs childred, or lesbians, but ALL the mail needs to be delivered. They have sent countless envelopes back to our kids schools, to the point I had to GO to the school to get them. Now they have sent my drivers license back to the DMV. The DMV says it is stamped "undeliverable". It's got my name and address on it. Yet, this PO can't handle it. The DMV says I have to renew my license again, pay the fees to renew it AGAIN, and have it mailed again. Are you freaking kidding?? I have a call in to Ericka, the "supervisor" at the Dayton St, Englewood, branch. I already know I'm going to have to go there and try - again - to get our mail delivered. Honestly, I do how they can be so icompetent.

Usually this post office experience is ok and staff are pleasant! However, I dropped a package into a dropbox here over two weeks ago and it was never scanned and never sent. I can't track it (since it was never scanned) and USPS refuses to admit it was lost (it was). Their customer service has unfortunately been less than helpful. So, just be careful dropping things off during closed hours and maybe try to drop it off when you can see it scanned just in case! Very inconvenient and very sad.

I've never visited this location in person, but I dealt with someone named Joe recently (via phone) who resolved an issue I had with a certified letter. Normally USPS is slow on resolving issues, but Joe was very fast. I didn't get Joe's last name, but there is probably only one that dealt with a certified letter issue around June 2023.

I've always had a pleasant experience with this post office. The staff are always courteous, conscientious, efficient, quick, polite, and friendly. I had a very enjoyable experience with Rachelle this morning (she was the only employee at the time) and it looked like all the people ahead of me did as well.

Lovely and personable experience today with Rachelle! She did her utmost to help me get the cheapest and fastest delivery! I arrived at the post office on Friday at around 2:30 pm and left at 2:50. I’m delighted to say service was quick and painless!

Greenwood Village post office horribly understaffed at the front desk. Almost always long waits for service. It appears that they have not tried to correct the problem in years. I dread visiting this post office branch.
