CRITICAL REVIEW!!!!!The crew at this location is pretty much worthless. Now that the head manager has gone to a different location they are very pretty much hangin by a needle and thread. I just started service and already disgusted. The worst part is you're pretty much obligated to drive to a location given the number to reach them is pointless as you can't get a human on the phone to save your life. How Xfinity thinks they're gonna survive doing business like this both from the storefront side and their automated non human customer service line is beyond me. Something needs to change like yesterday. I was also told by the crew themselves that they all want to quit because of how escalated customers are from all the issues once they arrive to the store. Due to your bad business practices you're feeding your xfinity employees the worst side of the customers. Once the customers finally arrive to the store with their blood boiling you're expecting your staff to now try and de escalate them which is just terrible. This is 100% dangerous for all involved as we are in the year 2023 and you are dealing with a different side of people now days. Please change your ways xfinity and get it together

So, my senior citizen mother went in today with questions about her bill. Leslie rebundled her onto a plan that didn't include either of the 2 out of the 200 channels she watches. I tried to restore her old service, and now her bill is higher than it was before. An hour on the phone, and no help from CS. We restored the previous service for a higher rate than before. 1200+ every year for 2 channels and internet!Thanks Leslie, you just fucked over a senior citizen who was just trying to save money, by not doing the job you were trained to do. Did you even ask what was important to her, or did you just try to rebundle to get your scumbag commission?Yeah, I worked at Xfinity and know the scam. Hope you have trouble sleeping... I couldn't live with myself working there, and hope to god that karma bites you in the ass.

I was just charged $111 for a small piece of equipment I never wanted and never used. Since I didn’t return it with the Wi-Fi equipment I was charged for it. This store and maybe others should actually verify everything is turned in then to accept my equipment I brought in and say we’ll take care of it. There was one person that day so he just grabbed my Wi-Fi equipment and scanned it later using the S/N. Probably checking out my equipment could of caught and reminded me that I still have a piece of equipment to return. Instead Xfinity didn’t waste anytime charging $111 instead. Sure it’s my responsibility to return everything but when it’s a piece of equipment I never wanted and was sent to me in order to better my Xfinity experience turned out to be another burden to deal with and pay for.

Horrible. Not sure how to review the corporation but I’m thoroughly disgusted. They make empty promises to lure you in and when you call to discuss it they pretty much tell you “too bad”. And every day I come home from work my internet is down.

Xfinity owes greenwood village about 3 months of payments as refunds, do not get internet here bc it will not work ... I've had an outage in my nborhood every day for 3 months and NOONE will help

Hello,I signed up for home internet on 4/18/2023 online. I received emails and texts confirming my subscription then was told someone would contact me about picking up my equipment. No one ever called so I called the 800 number and was told to wait until someone called me. No one ever called and it's insanely frustrating to call your robot phone lines so I went into the retail location on university and orchard in Centennial Colorado on May 1, 2023 around 5pm. After 5 minutes I was greeted by someone that claimed to the manager, Payton, 18ish white female. After she looked into the situation she said that "sometimes the system just cancels orders" and "that deal is no longer available" so I could pay the new rate of $35 per month, instead of the $25 per month I had always signed for, or take a hike basically. She was able to verify my account, confirm the order and pricing that I signed up for, and still refused to honor the pricing even after the system supposedly canceled my order and nobody has reached out for two weeks until I went to the store.The manager was very rude, inexperienced, and incapable of being an effective manager at this time I've realized again that Xfinity is a complete joke, what a terrible company, I will never attempt to do business with them again.

Samantha was super helpful and very nice. Especially considering I came there with a lot of stress and after she helped me I felt relieved. If anyone has a problem I definitely recommend going to this location and asking for her help.

Unfortunately this is an Xfinity storefront only. I would not recommend going here for problem solving. If you're turning in a cable box they appear able to handle that as we watched customers come and do that. We had an issue with two phones that needed repair and found that since we signed up to switch from Verizon over the phone, the people working in this storefront had absolutely no control or power available to help us (even though the people on the phone completely lied about being able to have a protection plan on our phones since we brought our own phones over). We asked if there was a regional manager to speak with, since we were repeatedly told how completely powerless they are in the store to make any restitution or help us at all since we brought our phones with us after buying them outright to jump from Verizon to Xfinity. We were told there was no point to getting the contact information and that regional manager wouldn't do anything for us anyway since they were as powerless as those in the store and that any inquiry we might make would be ignored as something with no resolution available. Previously in this kind of situation we would have at least been given a solid 800 number (maybe something to shorten the run around and hold time when we called to check on this issue outside the store) to reach out to the company to talk to someone with more insight into the pitches being given to phone customers. They didn't even try to do that. I got the sense there was a lot of looking at the computer screen, tapping keys and mousing around until we were done talking and would leave. (They didn't even try to upsell us into new phones as an option!) Xfinity definitely gets these storefronts open and subcontracted out, but if you have an actual issue, don't bother going in for help. They weren't impolite (or compassionate), but just know that this storefront is just a front staffed with warm bodies not problem solvers.

12/31/22 @ 12:10 pm - Cashier # K6 --now, his name is Sean... a most handsome name and unusual, as is mine. I came in to return my equipment, I had just had the most unpleasant experience with Xfinity on the phone, and on line. Completely frustrated, my service was cancelled instead of suspended and I was cooperating with the agreement and returning the equipment. This young man was so professional, courteous and is a very good listener! He assisted me, assured me that Xfinity would reach back out to me with options other than cancellation. He was empathetic, he has some amazing qualities when it comes to working with the public. He is very knowledgeable about other products offered. He turned a terrible experience with Xfinity customer service into a most positive experience. The end to this review is I did receive an email from Xfinity with options. I hope this review is received and acknowledged towards the right employee. My apologies for not remembering his entire name.

Had to go in to get a billing issue fixed for my company's cable/internet account. I walked in with an outdated account number and a wrong phone number. Jacob was able to figure it out and get me set up with auto payments so we won't have this issue again. I have never had such an easy experience at an Xfinity store. I also noticed that the other employees were just as knowledgeable and efficient when helping customers. Thank you so much for your help, Jacob!
