Go to this uhaul if you like to be talked to like a piece of s**** Her and her husband are tweakers and always yelling at customers. Was very unhelpful and unkind. Couldn't be more disappointed by someone's customer service

Staff were very friendly and the truck was fine, but I was charged for two gallons of gas, even though I returned it with the needle on full and had driven a total of eight miles. So either beware that they will try to scam you on the return, or beware that their trucks only do four miles per gallon.

They were accomodating as we needed a truck for a short time, just a few hours. On the promise we'd have it back in 6 hrs. DONEIt was perfect

I would not ever recommend this U-Haul there are plenty of other U-Hauls do not use this one they will overcharge you and the people are not even a little friendly

Nice folks, this is a franchise essentially not a uhaul facility so they don't know 100% the ins and outs of the contracts but we rented a van for maybe an hour and returned with no trouble. The billing is a bit odd though in how it's calculated.

We had a confirmed contract fron UHaul with text/email messages. We arrived to find a note on the inside of the door: "This location is temporarily closed." Nobody was there.

Owners were not friendly and after confusion about online reserving / smartphone pick up decided I had a "bad attitude" and refused to rent to me. Thank goodness as the Empire location in Louisville was WAY more accommodating.

I reserved a uhaul truck online and when I arrived the owners must have been having a bad morning as they were not friendly and then after me being perplexed and asking questions as to why I was able to reserve online with smartphone pick up and they didn't offer this service...they decided I had a bad attitude and refused to rent to me. The Louisville uhaul dealer on Empire was WAY more accommodating and friendly even at the last minute and without a reservation. I'm so very glad they refused my business! (and will forever in the future!)

Rented a trailer in Bolder Colorado to bring my son back to Maryland. Was a very good price and easy to rent good experience.
