I was trying to locate a small business to buy a flag pole from for my new residence. I called Flags Unlimited 3 separate times oer a couple week stretch (even gave it a couple more weeks prior to writing this review) and would speak with someone there. I always got the "the guy who can get you that quote is not in but I can leave a message for him" or "he is in a meeting, I can have him call you".... well after 3 attempts to support small business, I took my business elsewhere. If you decide to shop here, I hope the customer service is better for you.

Nice little shop with plenty of flags. I ordered a Ukraine flag and was called when it came in. Just a good experience all around.

Small business, but an amazing selection of flags, poles, brackets, and various other needs. Helpful staff that offer great advice, but don't try to upsell. Tried going to Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot to get what I needed. Should have just come here first!
