Always picked over. Things are on stands that say they are discounted, but when you go to the register, they are not. This is not the only location that has this issue. No longer shopping at Old Navy.

In a time when customer service is at an all time low and I dread to go into stores, I went to the Old Navy in Lakewood. This store had a huge selection but that’s not it! The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I was helped by Isa & Kathleen and they really helped me out! They gave me great insight and helped me purchase items I wanted online in a Large Tall as I am a taller guy.If you need to head to an Old Navy soon, GO HERE!Thanks again ladies!!!

There was a long line of people and there was 3 people at registers but only 1 was checking out people the other 2 were just talking to eachother. Would have made a 15 minute wait probably 5 if there was teamwork

I came to the store this morning looking for a very specific pair of jeans after the ones I had bought and loved ripped awhile ago. Christina was beyond helpful and friendly from the time I got to the store to when I checked out. She greeted me and helped point me in the direction of the jeans I was hunting for not only that but she went even further to go search for the high waisted version I requested when I told her I sadly could only find mid rise.I truly appreciate it and was grateful for her help. Good and genuine customer service isn’t dead folks, thanks Christina!

Was told I could only order men's pants and jeans in sizes 40 and up online but they refuse to stock larger sizes than 38 waist.

what I appreciate about this location is that they have a decent clearance section. every store needs a good clearance section. especially with growing teens.

Friendly and helpful associates. I was able to get my online order quickly while picking up a few extras.The items I found in store had stains on the interior of them that I didn’t notice initially. I had removed the tags so I couldn’t return them.
