was a good gym while I had my membership eventually had to cancel it after a move.It was a very smooth experience.The representative Kyler helped me cancel my membership in under 5 minutes.It was a super easy process.I'm very satisfied.
Every other planet fitness I have been too made it nearly impossible to cancel with false excuses and lies however my experience at this location was great. Shout out to kyler đ

Yeah you have a nice locker room And it was clean as could be . The shower I took was pretty good .thank God you have great hot water. And you weren't that busy. That's what I like . Thank you planet fitness !

Whoever you guys had working on 6/23/25 at the front desk around noon definitely needs some type of courses on basic customer service. I couldnât ask a question without him interrupting me a million times or giving me attitude. That was enough for me to bounce and not even get a membership.

I was âExtremely Disappointed âwith this Planet Fitness Location. I travel a lot and I have been to many Planet Fitness locations across the US. I was extremely disappointed with this Planet Fitness location. The physical condition of this Planet Fitness location is terrible. They have old and very limited equipment. A lot of the TVs were not working as well. The management staff ( JR) has a rude attitude. My interaction with the manager JR at this location was not pleasing. When I was inquiring about a day pass for a guest the club manager JR acted as if they did not want guest working out at this location. JR was very adamant and happy to tell me that this Planet Fitness Location was an individually owned franchise location and they run it different than most Planet Fitness locations. He made it sound like it would take an act of Congress to get a guest a day pass. Unfortunately! Based on the management service and the bad condition of the equipment I cannot recommend this Planet Fitness Location to anyone.

Great simple gym with basic equipment. Can't beat the $10 membership with the $49 annual fee.

The assistant manager with the tattoos on the side of her head is incredibly short and ill tempered with people. She cut me off from tanning over TWO MINUTES. I completely get that youâre closing, thereâs 13 minutes left and Iâll be in there for 6 minutes. Iâm not going to affect your closing time, Iâll even bring the trash bag out with me to help you guys out. Nope. Completely hardline over six minutes of tanning. Unbelievable honestly. The other staff is really nice, just not her. If you see someone with tattoos on the side of their head, know youâre not going to get a great customer experience.

it's fine ?ââď¸ the tunes are great, had a good few throwbacks. dont know about the staff since there was no one at the desk when i came in and the interior setup is a little wacky. showers are touchy but what really put a bad taste in my mouth is these signs all over the womens (and im assuming the mens) restroom. just as a reminder to the staff/management at this location, denying someone a service they pay for and proceeding to void their access to that service without providing a refund is theft. perhaps adjust your signage before you run into legal trouble.
it seems that every pf club has a different policy they want to make up and they would prefer not to give you any advanced notice; just get over yourselves yall, you work at the cheapest gym on the market, not a maximum security celebrity resort.
