My Crosstrek was in need of some serious TLC, and RSG was the best place for the job! I had multiple people work on the vehicle before bringing it to them, and everyone was scratching their heads except for RSG. Huge shout-out to Andy for helping me decide on the Bilstein parts! Rides easy on my commute and still looks sick.

As recently as this month (September ‘24) I had a major trip planned to ride the Colorado BDR with a few friends. Months of planning had gone into it & my vehicle was going to be towing three motorcycles & all our gear down to Cortez. Five days prior to our departure date the vehicles rear differential lock started to randomly engage. Drew and the RSG Off-Road team went out of their way to help resolve this & had me drop off the vehicle that Monday (on Labor Day) to look into it. Suffice to say the issue was addressed in a very timely manner resulting in no disruptions to our plans. For that I’m extremely grateful & cannot more highly recommend them!

I've been taking my 4Runner to RSG Offroad for nearly 6 years, and they've transformed it into an absolute beast of a truck. Andy, in particular, has been amazing to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, breaks things down into layman's terms, and always makes sure I understand all my options, from entry-level to the best. His customer service and attention to detail are outstanding. The technicians at RSG also do phenomenal work and take real pride in what they do. If you're looking to mod your offroad vehicle, I highly recommend RSG and Andy. You’ll be in great hands!

Love my lifted Sienna! I wanted a Sienna, but only if it could be lifted to endure Rocky Mountain winters and snow. Called a few places and was rejected but RSG said they did it all the time. It shows! Still rides so smooth and looks awesome with new all weather tires. Lucas and Owen were so helpful and accommodating me driving 2 hrs to make it work.

Worked with the RSG crew to lift my ‘15 Wrangler. They walked me through a few options for height, wheel options, etc. They gave fair, competitive rates and provided great service. I’ll be going back when I break it and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a professional automotive technician for 6 years. I always work on my own vehicles. I've never taken any vehicle I've ever owned to any automotive shop. I bought a newer trd pro tacoma, and really wanted to put some nice big beefy tires on it. To achieve this goal, there was a few things that needed to be cut on the truck. (Cab mount chop, and viper cut front bumper) I could not bring myself to cut up a new nice truck. I started looking at shop options in my area and RSG stuck out to me with the amount of positive reviews they had. The reviews don't lie, these guys have absolutely amazing customer service, and the work they did was top notch. I got the truck in a timely manner, and was helped out with awesome recommendations from Drew at the front desk. These guys literally killed it. I've seen plenty of low end shops that do mediocre work, this is absolutely not one of them. The techs are all extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality offroad shop!

Unfortunately after my recent service experience I have lost my confidence in RSG to properly handle maintenance, service and upgrades on my vehicle. They somehow managed to get my milage completely wrong on my paperwork and when they reported it to Carfax for service records (I have finally gotten this sorted out after several texts, phone calls and about 3 hours of my time dealing with both them and Carfax). Twice now they have also left bolts loose on my skid plate after reinstalling and the second service I had recently they told me they broke the nuts that hold it on and had to use a nut insert to secure it. The skid plate was most recently installed by them and some bolts were over torqued (or so it would appear) while others were left not even hand tight leaving the skid plate dangling precariously on my drive home. All their sales advisors are very friendly but unfortunately I just don't trust their technicians after these repeated errors on simple things. If you can't get the small things right who's to say you are doing the big things right. They also have failed to notify me when my parts have come in to be picked up or installed multiple times over the years and it seems to be becoming a recurring issue.

After calling all over the state of KS and having to EXPLAIN in depth what I needed done for a simple BMC & pinch weld mod & being quoted outrageous $$ amounts . Growing up in CO and knowing CO has a plethora of OFF-Road specialist I started searching last Friday 8/9/24 and contacted RSG based only on the reviews I had read. The reviews were correct, the guys at RSG are amazing, Lucas gave me a price 1/3 of what I was quoted in KS and told me he would make room for me and I had an appointment for 8/14/24. I drove 7hrs for an 8am appointment, my trk was taken right in and everything was professionally completed in 2hrs. The shop and p-lot was wall to wall (Tacos, 4Runners, Gladiators and a cpl Raptors) in dif stages of Mod and the lobby was hopping as well till I left & drove home. The guys are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about future changes on my Taco. RSG will do all my mods from now on. Do yourself a favor if you live in CO or close by go see them or give them a call if you’re thinking about mods. Believe me I will be making more trips.

These guys are amazing. I brought my 2021 toyota tacoma here starting last year with the lift and this year with some lights. Every time I come here, they give me really good pricing, upfront advice, options and more importantly they do a look over on my truck. I can never ask anyone else but these guys to take care of my truck. They're patient with me with my wants and needs.

Stopped in to RSG after multiple recommendations from other 4Runner/Offroad vehicle owners. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by Lucas and he and I quickly got to business talking about the goals for my ‘21 4Runner. Even though I have had multiple Offroad vehicles in the past, ranging from Jeeps and other Toyota trucks, I had no experience with 4Rs besides the research I had done online. Lucas reassured me of all my research and was knowledgeable about anything and everything I could ask about, even to the point of the best trails in CO since I had just moved here. It was by far the best experience I had ever had in a shop to date, and the entire time it did not feel as if he was forcing or “selling” anything to me. We finally agreed to get a date set up for a lift and tires after about an hour of talking about options. While waiting for the day to come to drop my 4R off, he was always willing to chat about any other questions I had leading up to the day. Finally, I dropped off my 4R and everything went exactly as planned. The service was very timely, all parts were stocked and ready to install, and the best part of all was that Lucas texted me pictures and updates while my 4R was in the shop. I have never, ever had a shop do this before. When I picked up my 4R, not only did it look amazing and exactly what I wanted, Lucas also took the time to walk me through everything they did during the install. The cherry on top was that he did this after the shop was officially closed. I cannot recommend Lucas and RSG Offroad enough and I will most definitely be returning for future mods. Thank you!!

Just picked up my 5th Gen 4Runner after having RSG install a 2" Bilstein leveling kit, shocks, struts, and lower control arm bushings/cam bolts. Very happy with the knowledge of the staff as well as the upfront communication based on what they found during the pre-lift inspection. These guys could have told me I had all sorts of parts that needed to be replaced, but instead, they were upfront and honest. They mentioned everything was operating in great condition and only one item (lower control arm bushings) were cracked and needed replacement. They were able to get me in quickly and completed the repairs in 1.5 days. Very happy with how I was treated, the price, and how my vehicle looks and handles on the road. Thank you again RSG!
