I’ve never had problems at this Sephora before, but today was the first. I needed some help looking for a certain product and asked a girl if she’d be able to help me, without any further explanation she cut me off and told me, whatever is on the shelf is all we have. Didn’t even let me explain what I was looking for. I believe her name was Alisha, very rude and unprofessional

I had to return some makeup that was simply too dark for me. I was worried it would be complicated as returning makeup often can be. Not today..... It was smooth, easy and fast. An employee named Esperanza really made the difference for me today. She accepted my return, which really turned into an exchange. She walked me to the correct area, helped me pick the correct shade and handled the exchange. She made it so easy and I enjoyed talked to her. She really did go above and beyond and I really appreciated her approach to helping me. Then store is clean and bright and I love shopping here. Thee employees are really first rate.... Thank you Esperanza.

I live about 10 minutes away from the Sephora at Belmar. I drive further down to come here, because I love the staff and service. Sarah helped me match a perfect eyebrow pencil. Socorro is just the absolute nicest human on the planet. She has DECADES of expertise in makeup and femininity in general. I come in for a product and leave with new tips and tricks as well. She explained how to match my foundation and matched me in literal seconds. I will continue to drive to this location so long as Socorro is there.

I stopped by today to try on and potentially buy a product I hadn’t purchased before. Esperanza was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. She showed me a product within my price range and taught me how to apply it. She even offered to check out my Kohl’s purchases while I was at her cashier stand at the end. I was so impressed with her customer service!
