Humidor is not properly humidified.I tested 5 cigars, and none had over 15% humidity. They are using Boveda packs for a 10 foot by 10 foot room. I tried to tell the worker to add a humidifier and was told no one else complained. If so, these people do not really smoke cigars.

I spent $20 on a six pack of Avery beer. I asked if I could use the restroom after I made my purchase. The request was denied. I also asked for some simple tonic water in cans. None was to be found. I won’t be coming back.

This place is such a unique place. They sell more than just alcohol. They have trinkets and real jumbo glass liquor bottles and random things. They also sell products from small local companies too! Owners are super helpful and sweet!

SCAMMERS! They are repackaging old expired vapes and selling them as new. I purchased a “cool mint” vape and when I opened it, the vape inside was an old expired “Miami mint”. I tried to go inside to exchange it for the product I bought, and the woman at the front desk accused me of switching it out and refused the exchange - even though it had been less than 2 minutes from the time I purchased it and the vape was still sealed in plastic wrap. DO NOT purchase any nicotine products from this business! They are repackaging old toxic products as new.

Went here shortly after turning 21. ID was checked as soon as I walked in, which is no problem. I was then followed and watched very closely and could tell the owner wanted me out as soon as possible. As I’m checking out I was trying to ask questions about top shelf liquors and met with shortness and signs of irritation. Very rude service and poor atmosphere. Although liquor selection was very broad and expansive with fair pricing.

The owner is a piece of work. Put up his own “no parking sign” threatening to tow people saying the parking lot is private property. Not a good way to bring neighborhood people in.

The older gentleman told me it would be $300 for a special bottle of makers mark wood finish series. I went in the next day with $300 and he rung it up as a little over 400. He’s done this before to me with other bourbons but I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. Even though I’ve given this place business for years I will no longer be supporting it. The son and mother are wonderful people and always kept their word to me. But the father had repeatedly falsified his pricing for quality bourbon and often times changes pricing all together. It’s unfortunate but it’s the truth of on this place if you are someone that enjoys good bourbon.
